I like to buy here our coffee machine descale tablets because they work well and have a good price. They always deliver fast too.

Disappointing Experience Ordering from WaterfilterWinkel.com
I recently ordered water filters from WaterfilterWinkel.com and was quite disappointed with the experience. After not receiving the original order for several weeks, their customer service responses and resolution were unsatisfactory.
I placed an order for Krups water filters on 09/24/2023 but the order never arrived. When I contacted the company after weeks of waiting, they provided a fake tracking number showing delivered even though I never got the filters.
Trying to get the situation resolved with them directly was frustrating. There were long delays between each email response, often 3+ days of waiting to hear back. They never once proactively reached out to provide an update on the missing order. I had to continuously follow up and request status.
After almost a month of back and forth, they were unable to even guarantee they could ship replacements filters within a specific timeframe I required. Ultimately I had to request a refund which I'm still waiting to see processed.
The lack of communication and inability to resolve the issue was disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but the poor customer service thereafter was unacceptable. I hope in the future WaterfilterWinkel.com can improve operations and order fulfillment to avoid situations like this.
For anyone needing water filters, I'd suggest ordering elsewhere until they can demonstrate reliable shipping and responsive customer service. I personally do not plan to order from them again after this experience.

Genuine Brita Filters with great prices
i searched on web many waterfilter websites like them and i am super pleasent with to purchase the filter patrones from this website.
Free Delivery over 20 euro and 6 matrax filter patrone for 31 euro was great deal. The parcel delivered in exact date as spoken and the parcel box was preety good wrapped . This is what i am calling The Service. Very recommended
