Superb watch seller
Purchased a limited edition Grand Seiko watch from Watchoutz and it was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever had. James was very responsive and easy to work with, sending me photos of the exact watch and providing additional details about the item. Shipping was lightning fast to the United States as well. Bought it on Tuesday and had it in hand on Thursday the same week. I will definitely consider Watchoutz for future watch purchases. Highly recommended!

Customer service was really responsive
Customer service was really responsive. I preordered a watch and when it didn’t ship when it was estimated to ship I got worried so I emailed a couple of times since it didn’t ship until 2 months after but once it did ship, it was super quick, like overnight?
I was nervous ordering internationally but just like everyone else I was googling if I can trust this site. Found one review on Reddit and finding out it was a physical location made me feel like it was trust worthy.

This is the best experience I've ever had buying something online. They ship right away, keep you informed of the progress of the shipment, and when you receive the product you can tell nobody has touched it before, it arrives with all the correct labels an stickers. I have bought 3 times from Watch Outz, I live in Mexico and the experience has allways been the same!

This is my third watch purchase from Watch Outz. This particular watch was not in stock but they sourced it for me . I don’t know how they did it but they found exactly what I specified And even gave me a good discount . It is very rare now to find merchants like Watch Outz to go out of their way to find a discontinued watch and then sell it at a discount ! I am very skeptical when ordering…
I am very skeptical when ordering watches. Many do not come as I hope. This is not the case with Watchoutz. It came in like 48 hours shipped from Hong Kong. I didn’t know they could get things here that fast. It was packaged extremely well and the watch was covered in protective tape that was fabulous. This is now my go to for Seiko watches. 10/10.

Everything done perfectly
Watch Outz had NOS of a discontinued Grand Seiko. I was surprised they had one since there is a strong market for used examples. James promptly sent me pictures and assured me it was indeed new. I ordered the watch, and it arrived exactly as described a few days later. Great service, fair price, no hassles. I will shop here again.

The Definition of Perfection
If, like me, you're careful about buying from sites/people you don't know, put your worries to rest about Watch Outz. My purchase couldn't have gone better. James is the most attentive and responsive online seller I've encountered in ages. He could've been in the next town over instead of 10,000 miles away. I asked tons of questions; he answered every single one, sent photos, was clear about everything, and even responded instantaneously when there seemed, momentarily, to be an issue with FedEx. There wasn't, but James was ready if there had been.
Best of all, I originally inquired about a Singapore-exclusive Seiko listed on the main site, but on a whim asked about a no-longer-available Seiko mini turtle—and he found one! Brand new, boxed, warrantied, everything. I'm wearing it right now. The only way I could be happier is if he also manages to track down a limited edition Seiko Zimbe SRPD19. I can't imagine he'll be able to, but he WAS able to find that watch's dial and hands, so if I really wanted to I could make my own. Amazing!
