Have used WatchObsession five times now over the past year and have been very happy with the level of service each time. Once I mistakenly ordered an incorrect item but a quick email exchange with customer services had the issue quickly sorted and without fuss. They have a great range of watch straps and accessories, as well as watches themselves. Recommended.

Second time I’ve purchased with these guys and second time their service has blown me away! Ordered at lunch time and it arrived the next morning, excellent quality, beautifully packaged. Watch obsession will always be my first port of call for my timepiece needs!

The watch was then delivered brilliantly packaged and arrived quickly. I came away feeling like I’d brought a watch from genuine watch enthusiasts,with a real passion and pride for their business. I can throughly recommend them over a boutique or AD who’s staff normally have no interest!

Quality products, secure payment, smooth and reasonable international shipping. The one thing I'd like to see added is the country of manufacture for all products.

Ordering is very simple online. Ordered a replacement Hirsch watch strap yesterday and it arrived today. Cracking service from Watch Obsession and Royal mail. Only paid the cheapest delivery cost was expecting it early next week. The strap looks fantastic better than the online photos. Will purchase any watch related items from Watch Obsession in the future.

Definition of service!

I recently purchased a Rolex gmt (Batman) from watch obsession. Those who know, know the demand on these. I am based in Australia and a purchase of this calibre can be daunting to a foreign website, however the level of service and care Mathew presented gained my trust within the first phone call. Mathew assisted with several accessories I desired. His product knowledge is second to none which made my decision easy. The timepiece arrived in timely fashion.

I ordered an alligator strap on Friday afternoon in the week between Christmas and New year, fully expecting delivery in about three or four days. It arrived the next morning. Superb service. Oh, and it's a lovely strap as well and my wife is delighted with it.

Gary and the guys at Watch Obsession are just fantastic to work with, even when buying an Omega watch sight-unseen from a different country. They are consummate professionals and made sure everything was in perfect order when shipping the watch half-way around the world, took care of things right up until it was on my wrist, and all for a price that nobody else could beat.
