I was on the lookout for an unused Rolex which are difficult to source. I contacted The Watch Club after visiting their website. Tracey contacted me very promptly, where we arranged a visit to their London shop the next day.

The watch was exactly as she had describe so I was more than happy to make the purchase there and then.

My wife who came along with me was made very welcome while I was guided through the bracelet adjustments, paperwork and payment.

Their premises were very secure and discreet, we felt comfortable all the time we were there. We had insurance set up for the watch before we left. This wasn’t something I had considered on arrival but made perfect sense when we left.

I’m very happy with the watch and will probably go back at some point in the future to add to my collection. I would recommend them to first time or serious buyers.

This was my first luxury watch purchase with The Watch Club and it was a great experience.

I had been searching for this watch for months and finally I was able to see one in the flesh.

Tracey was very helpful when I first saw her and she advised that the watch I wanted would be availabe the following week. Tracey cotacted me as promised and I inspected the watch two days later and I was not dissapointed. The watch was exactly as Tracey had described.

The Watch Club team made sure that before I left, everything fit how it was supposed to and I understood how to work the watch.

I need to re evaluate the rating on this store since unfortunately I have been left quite dissatisfied with the watch's quality I purchased. The watch was bought on December 2023 and since then I have already taken it once for repair to Rolex's official repair store and it looks like that I will be taking it again.... The most frustrating thing - apart of course of the amount of money I paid - is that they came highly recommended from people I deeply trust and I chose not to look to other stores since I was quite free of any concerns about the quality of these guys service, unfortunately I was wrong.......
