Nice product, courier takes an age
The product, Lorus, is a trusted make. I found Watch.co.uk to have the model I required. No problem with the watch and the strap fitting service. My only gripe, and I believe it should be directed with the courier company, is that there appears to be a time lag from Watch.co.uk to the courier to deliver.

I have a number of older Swatch watches, including my favorite, the Stellassa. I was able to replace the battery but the watch band was pretty beat up. I received wrong item then I called their UK number to let them know about it their customer service was not as good as UK companies tbh they were kind of do not care my problem so They informed me a return barcod to drop off which did not work in the shop anyway I called them also I sent an email as well I had a customer service staff yesterday who did not care at all.
I am still waiting to get right return barcode to send item back then I can start searching my son’s birthday present if I get my money back ????? 🤔 not sure

Wrong item sent...not checked prior to shipping, poor quality control, slow delivery.
order 11307839, I ordered this on the 21/12/2024. Arrived 12 days later, however its the wrong item. They didn't even bother to check the order or the picture against the item they picked up & shipped. The item they sent was a completely different model, but the package had the correct item number. I ordered FC-CL2S18/S but they sent FC-CLCS18/S inside the package label for FC-CL2S18... Clearly no quality control check in place. I want a refund on my delivery & the correct item to be sent ASAP. This was a timed order for a gift, but seems like this company can't even get the basics right.
Also the delivery was very very slow, who knows if they will even send the correct item this time.
So far a poor experience from them.
Still awaiting a response.

Still no sign of the watch I bought for a Christmas present, ordered on 11th December. Customer services just send me a tracking link that falsely claims that Evri tried to deliver at 11.34pm (!!!) on Friday 27th December & since then no progress to the delivery. Have asked for a refund but no response since! Shocking to read so many other awful reviews. How can they claim to be a reputable company if they treat customers like this?? Strongly suggest consumers avoid. I will add many more reviews unless the watch is received or refund is issued.
