Fantastic service. All the members of the team I had contact with were really friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and provide the advice I needed. They installed a ground screw base and micropod really quickly which I’m really pleased with. Would highly recommend this company.

Warwick buildings appear to have a great range of wooden garages on their web site. I contacted them over the weekend to enquire over the purchase of a double garage and perhaps a garden room. I was informed by email today that they do not install OR deliver to Scotland! It seems that a 300 mile delivery that I would have paid for, was too much bother. Not bad if you can dismiss approximately £25,000 of potential business. Poor show.

We are very happy with our garden office. All the staff that dealt with us was very nice, professional and patient, despite some issues we were having on our end with the base for the building. We strongly recommend.

For a company that's been producing these garages since 1988 I didn't expect them to turn up with a door one foot too big for the hole.
Fitters did come out the next day to do a lot of bashing with a hammer and did a good job rectifying the problem.
Couple of days later the guttering started to sag after some rain, when a fitter came out a couple of days later he accused us of hitting it with something which snapped some screws(yeh right), the facia was taken off by the previous fitters so what happened there?
To add insult to injury when I phoned the office and spoke to someone he said it was only a cheap building and they were not interested in doing garages anymore anyway. Sad to give a negative review but customer facing skills leave a lot to be desired by one or two staff but thanks goes to Jake for your help and courteous service

Being a repeat customer, I was confident that the team at Warwick Buildings would provide great service, great communication and a hassle-free job. I wasn’t disappointed.
So pleased with the finished product and can’t wait to get everything setup inside.

From the first visit to Warwick Buildings to the installation at home by the team, nothing was not too much trouble and all communication and payment was clear with no hidden charges.

The actual erection process was very good carried out by a friendly and experienced team in foul weather with good humour.

After 2 visits to their showroom we ordered a double garage from Warwick Buildings and had excellent service from the sales staff, who were able to answer all the queries myself and my wife had and were able to adapt their standard design to suit our requirements and satisfy the local planning officer. When they gave us a date for the installation of our garage, they kept to that date. When the crew turned up on the date in question they were polite and courteous and respectful of neighbours by not impeding access to nearby properties. They worked efficiently and it was a joy to watch them work! They left the site in a tidy condition and gave us instructions on using and caring for our garage.

This is my second time purchasing a building from this company. My first was a bespoke garage and this time a garden room.
Choosing the design and placing the order via the website was easy and communication directly was excellent.
Installation was very be efficient by the team that came to erect it. There was nothing to clean up afterwards.

We had a building constructed towards the end of last year and the purchase and construction went well. Whilst we were pleased with the majority of the building, we have had an on going issue with the door lock not working properly. Numerous messages to Warwick Building has resulted in several visits to resolve the issue with the door, which have not only failed to fix the door, but in fact made the lock worse so that the door no longer locks or indeed shuts. No explanation or timescale as to when this will be resolved, which is poor service. Aftercare service leaves a lot to be desired and it appears internal communication between the after sales team is lacking. Unimpressed.

The whole team at Warwick Buildings were excellent. Visiting the showroom was the right decision, taking a look at the products and options really helped and then stepping through plans and some small custom additions really helped. Communication was easy and super responsive with Richard and Jake. Team were on time on base inspection and on fitting day, putting up our garden room in half a day! Very happy. Would recommend.

From the day I walked in the showroom I could tell this company care about its product, service and customer. The whole experience from start to completion has been second to none, reassuring and enjoyable, I couldn't be happier with the end result. Communication was excellent, everything explained in a clear and concise way with visuals from an online configurator, the staff clearly take pride in their work. I really appreciated all the information sheets you can pass on to your base supplier, electrician, and aftercare – they really have through about the whole customer journey. Great advice and service from initial enquiry to completed building. The garden building looks great, is good quality and great value. All staff were friendly and helpful from the first discussion to completion of the building. The showroom demonstrates a variety of imaginative uses of the buildings. The office staff were extremely helpful in accommodating our specific requests regards placement of plug sockets, lighting and network cables; the regular dialogue was always constructive. The process of ordering, tweaking the design, site visit, delivery and build (complete in less than two days) was efficient and timely throughout, and the build team were also friendly and relaxed. I cannot fault them - they also appear to be the best value for money of the eight suppliers we looked at
