If I could give no stars I would. Terry at Warwick Baker is highly unprofessional. Whenever we had any maintenance issues with our property she would email me complaining that we reported these issues with sarcastic and blunt responses.

Our back door didn’t lock for around 4/5 months, there was mould throughout our property and when this was brought up with Warwick Baker they refused to install any proper ventilation or heating.

The water pressure was absolutely shocking, and we had outdated storage heaters and a boiler that made such loud noises throughout the night.

I would avoid renting with Warwick Baker at all costs, they were rude, unprofessional, unreliable and hard to approach.

I called this estate agent as a buyer. The guy I spoke to, spoke over me, belittled my query and was so unhelpful. It was a nightmare. I am a professional woman who doesn't really need to put up with this from anyone, let alone someone who would need to help me through a purchase. I am completely amazed that people like this still exist. This guy was misogynistic, unhelpful and plain rude. What an amazing position to find yourself in that you can treat customers that way. I had £650k to spend. No matter what they list I am not buying through them. I cannot be the only person to think that. Wouldn't want them as my estate agent to sell or buy from
