What an outstanding company. Really helpful from putting in the order for a new motorcycle to riding it out of the dealership. Now having it serviced and still getting a professional yet friendly service. Been around for nearly 100 years and with the service they provide they’ll be around for the next 100 years.
I have purchased 3 new Fatboys from Warrs in the last 18 years. Never had any problems with them. Sale team always friendly and efficient, service team always helpful and friendly.
Had my used Harley Davidson Sportster bought at WARRS HD dealer in London in spring 2018. By then it was sold to me as a 1200cc, so no special concerns. Problem is that 2 years after I took it to Portugal to have it legalized over there, so that I could ride it freely and legally over there on my holidays. After buying the CoC of this bike through WARRS, I then found out that this bike had originally been an 883 engine converted in UK to a 1200 engine. I immediately saw that this could become a big issue with Portuguese authorities, specially because my V5C had a different EC-Type number than the CoC had. In fact this happened and the process has stopped since NOV21. After contacting WARRS more than once, they have not yet come up with a solutions and from what I have heard from HD UK, they never will, which leaves me with almost no choices. This is usually a very clean process in Europe, as far as you have a valid CoC, which I had to pay £120, but the one I have is useless. I'm very angry and disappointed with all this and the dealer is not assuming the responsibilities I wish they would assume, as I never was told that this bike was originally an 883 and specially because the documents do not match. Bought this bike from an official dealer to avoid the usual troubles, now see what happened.
