I purchased earrings from you for a gift, they looked like cheep earrings nothing like what I expected very small looked like there children’s earrings. The worst thing is I paid £50 for them and not even a box. I will be returning them.

Very good service and quick delivery

When i ordered my necklace with yourselves on 21st June, told delivery 12 - 15 days. Its now 22nd July and still no sign on the necklace.
I wanted the product for my holidays 🤬

Very quick beautiful ring

Honestly disappointed. I have had a necklace from here before and it was very pretty and good quality so I had full trust in ordering again. However I purchased the mother of pearl bracelet that came with the free matching necklace and I stupidly assumed it would be Sterling silver. I didn’t know it wasn’t until I checked the description a few weeks later. It turned my neck green and made it look a little grey then the chain proceeded to go rusty and looked almost black. The charm was fine it was just the chain. It was my own fault not for looking but I’m still disappointed as it was quite expensive for a product thags not real Sterling silver. I have added another star purely because it was packaged well and came quite fast.

Some items look cheap

Absolutely gorgeous necklace for wedding and really good price. Quick delivery. Only downside was no order confirmation received so not sure it had gone through until delivered. Delivery quite quick though

Look very cheap and disappointed to find out they didn’t even come with boxes, you have to pay extra for the boxes you’d expect jewellery to come in!

The item is lovely and I was very happy with it.
Packaging was the issue. The bracelet was package in a regular jiffy envelope but it was ripped. Luckily the item was inside still but it could easily have fallen out.

What an awful company to purchase jewellery from. After 1 day of use the bracelet broke. Thinking that Warren James was a reputable company I went back to the shop without the receipt but proof of purchase through my bank account statement. I was told that my wife should not of worn it in bed, great product then? If I knew it was that poorly made I would never of brought it. Bear in mind she wore it for 1 day and sat on the bed and it fell off. No refund , ok I understand that but what I find completely sicking they will only credit me the money at the lowest price it was on sale for. Absolutely awful , they should be protecting their customers and making their own records of sale accessible. You want to buy over price tat and without any support or customer assistance buy at Warren James.

Sorry to hear there was an issue with your bracelet. We are sorry you’re not with your outcome in our store but without your receipt our store is only able to offer the credit voucher at the lowest selling price.
