Quick service

Earring items were lovely and were received well as the 21st gift they were purchased for.
One thing that would have been helpful would be to have received an email letting me know they were out for delivery and a later one updating delivery status. I only just opened my post box by chance and found them in there.

I have had a few products and have always been beautiful and good value for money.

Good range of products and across a wide span of prices. Easy website to order and deliver very quick. Nicely packaged.

I had an excellent experience with Warren James thanks to Nicola. I needed my ring before I flew abroad on the 28th, but when I checked online it showed as out of stock and my only options were to wait around two weeks or receive a refund.

Nicola went above and beyond to help. She took the time to check for me, found that the ring was available, and arranged for it to be posted straight away. Thanks to her exceptional customer service, I received my ring this morning, well before my flight.

Nicola was professional, caring, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure I got my ring in time. She is a real credit to Warren James, and I can’t thank her enough. Outstanding service!

Fast efficient service

Hi ordered some stunning earings off the website. I'd never used their website before, I've always gone into a store.
The process was very simply and they arrived a few days later.
Great service and they arrived in a little pouch. Gift boxes can be ordered at extra cost,i just didn't need one.
Postage cost was £3.99 I believe. Convenient but on the pricey side I thought, but then postage is extortionate anyway.
Overall a good experience.

I am really happy with the product and it is exacly as listed. I really like that you can add a gift box and gift bag at extra cost. Delivery was quick the ordering process wad easy.

Never had an email saying item was dispatched

Deliver on time so Easy to order on line but it would be nice to go in to a shop and see all your range of on off but a lot of your shop are closeting down 🙁
