Do not use under any circumstances. These are yet another Chinese based scam shop sending inferior products to what was advertised. Can’t believe I was suckered in again by this type of outfit as they are all the same. 100% guaranteed refunds but as products come from China you don’t get original shipping cost back and you have to pay the cost of return, which often negates the cost overall and brings almost no return.......this is where the scam lies.....making it so expensive to return you don’t bother. I wish I knew of a way to get these people shut down and prevented from advertising on places like Amazon and Facebook.

Purchased through Facebook a mop from Warmadays UK after reading the favourable comments. I wonder who posts these comments on Facebook. What finally arrived by courier in an envelope with no markings that it was from Warmadays UK were 6 replacement mop heads. Contacted Warmadays UK who asked for a photo and now being told they don't do the mop at the price I bought it and will give me a 50% refund. Do we not have any legal rights under the Consumer Act?

Rip off company. False advertising. Do not order from them on the Facebook or Instagram adverts. I made the mistake but won't be doing it again! Delivery took ages as no doubt came from China and when I received it they sent only half of my order and won't answer my emails any more or send the rest of my order.

Very poor service. I ordered 2 mops, received heads only. I emailed them and was told handles and heads were sold separately (not according to illustration) and would have to put in a new order. I was offered a 50% refund which I reluctantly accepted.

I ordered a mop handle and mop head,on 01/03/2021 after 20 days the mop heads arrived NO handle I have had no satisfactory answers to my Emails .they are asking for photographs I am unable to send photos ,any way how do take a photo of something that is missing,I really do think I have been Conned

I bought a universal stripping tool for £7.99 + 3.99 postage. What a joke, I will do as well with my stanley knife. Don't buy, its money wasted.

Despite the UK web and email address this is a Chinese company. The item I ordered took over a month to arrive. Emails from them bordered on the bizarre in their logic, punctuation and grammar. Goods arrived and I realise I had paid top price for inferior rubbish. Lesson learned - do your research before parting with your money

I bought 2 pairs of gloves in time for Christmas that were promoted as warm and waterproof. They are neither. I have contacted Warmdays. They promptly responded and I advised them the gloves were not as advertised. They offered me a 50% refund, rather than returning them due to Covid which I accepted yet still awaiting the refund and no further contact from their Support line. I fear it is delay tactics and they will not honour their offer. This company is a sham and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased something for my dog on 30th December 2020. I have confirmation that they taken my money, but the item has still not arrived.

Poor service, very slow delivery . Gloves have a horrible seam inside the fingers that are uncomfortable. Not worth buying !!! Stay clear !!!

Absolute Rubbish, do not waste your money! I ordered 2 wrist bands for Xmas presents, the advert shows a really good product that will hold a mobile phone, ideal for runners. The product that arrived was tiny there's no way you could fit anything larger than a credit card in, it certainly isn't the product they are advertising. The company appears to be UK based but isn't and the items took over a month to arrive and completely missed Xmas. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money 😡

Still waiting for my order after a month had one email saying been dispatched but not come yet.

I bought 4 pairs of gloves in time for Christmas. They were about 2 weeks late. They stressed zhey were warm and waterproof. They are neither. I have contacted Warmdays. They promptly responded. I advised them the gloves were not as advertised. They offered me a 50% refund, rather than returning them due to Covid. I have pragmatically accepted, although I would never have bought them in the first place as they are not as good as the gloves we already have.

I ordered 2pairs of the advertised gloves supposed to be warm and waterproof warmth not great no insulation in finger tips tried gloves under running water after 20 seconds completely sodden emailed support centre to complain nothing yet thank god the price wasn’t to heavy 👎👎👎you get what you pay for don’t believe what you see on the advertisement 😡😡😡

I have been trying to sort out an order made which resulted in receiving incorrect product. So far 21 emails have gone back and forth but to no avail. No telephone number always automated reply.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY just money down the drain

I ordered a bra in my normal size. When product eventually came all the way from China it was way too small. Contacted them via email to send back and they said l can’t send it back because of Covid?!!
Since they haven’t replied to my emails and l can’t find a contact number. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order for a wireless rechargable scrubbing tool money was taken from my account. No confirmation email or order number.

Automated emails to complaints
Item extremely late for Xmas, arriving in January.
They were wrong size, requested a return/refund, company using Covid as a reason for not returning. Offered me 50% of cost and keeping item. I say not acceptable, as don't fit and quoted their returns policy. No further response from company. Reported to Paypal.

Utter rubbish ordered 5wks ago arvd jan I can not give them to my two daughters...the photo on FB site is not what you get..DO NOT BUY FROM WARM DAYS! CON ARTISTS THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINT E MAILS
