Unhelpful, lies, and poor professionalism

The estate agent promised a viewing for Amber Mead in which they then took the property offline and conducted the viewings and left me waiting for a week. I work for a power company for 7years, and admittedly have a blot on my credit file - yet have six years of perfect no-missed payments and the capability to pay for the six months up front. They did not ask further clarification, and just lied to me about viewing the property before renting it out to someone else. My current tenancy ends in three weeks time, so I'll be homeless. I would not recommend Ware & Co and have no doubt they will have some Weasley words to defend how badly they have acted.
