Dreadful customer service,my mother ordered and paid for a jacket to be delivered which she has done many times with no problem.But this time whoever took the order had it delivered to the wrong town.She rang seven times and the only help she got was off claire.Still no jacket arrived,we had to drive to gorey saturday,and had the not so pleasure of dealing with sheila,so unhelpful so rude and not one apology.Their scanning system was down,quite stressful i can understand but dealing in customer service 35 years that isnt the customers problem or fault.Would not be recommending going by our exsperience

Safely packaged, sent swiftly, and everything fit and is comfortable!
I don't remember the last time I ordered items from a shop and ended up keeping everything, but everything I got was so comfy and nice I won't be exchanging or returning any of them. It was deliverred quickly and packaged safely too, lovely experience and will be shoping again!

I ordered a very moda black trousers in a 30" length, they sent a 32" length, and then said they didn't advertise that 30" length. It's extremely hard to get a 30" length, which was the only reason I ordered it. I also ordered a magna a line vest, and when it came, the material was at most worth 5 euro and I was charged 25 euro. I got the standard just send it back. But that wasnt the point. I needed the trousers for the following day and now feel as though I was lied to. J wouldn't use the site again

Very good mix of clothes and price points. Staff helpful and honest, they will not tell you something is fabulous on you if it doesn't suit you. They have offered an excellent service during covid and there is never an issue with returns.

I love this shop i bought my first pair of skinny fit push up jeans last week and there the most comfortable jeans ive worn since my teenage years ive actually worn them 3 times this week like a 2nd skin id highly recommend these jeans they fit were there supposed to fit thighs bum etc well done wardrobe plus

I really love all my purchases from Wardrobe Plus, all the staff are so helpful and friendly, I usually receive my order within one to two days, they are very efficient, I would highly recommend shopping at wardrobe plus, can’t wait to visit the shop in person ! 😀

Thank you ladies for my lovely clothes which arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped including a necklace with the tunics. I was feeling a bit ‘covid blue’ this morning and your care has really cheered me up! Now to try them on but where will I go in these days of lockdown three?!!!!!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Fantastic and extremely friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful web site and the shops are just so spacious and friendly. I have order quite a lot on line and the clothes arrive within just a few days. Never a problem exchanging if they don’t fit properly or they don’t suit you. I now have a new wardrobe and look forward to adding to it on a regular basis
