I ordered two Samsonite S'Cure suitcases, and although they arrived on separate days (likely the fault of Royal Mail) they came on time for our travel. The items were of great quality. They were well packed and arrived without a scratch. Communication from the company was very good. We're very delighted with our purchase and want to say thanks to Wardow.

One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Absolutely appalling, unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
WARDOW takes no accountability when things go wrong, shows a shocking disregard for its customers and makes even the simplest resolution unnecessarily difficult.
After months of chasing, countless emails and endless frustration, I have been left with no resolution and have had to escalate the matter to my bank.
Their after-sales service is nothing short of disgraceful. A company that is happy to take your money but seemingly unwilling to stand behind its products or honour its warranty obligations.
I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from WARDOW. Save yourself the stress, frustration and money. Never again.

An excellent, lightweight bag - perfect for my 2 week touring trip of Japan. We travelled by train and bus so it got bashed about a bit but survived with no damage whatsoever. Its lightness enabled me to have a total luggage weight of just over 11kg! It was also very easy to lift and wheel sbout.
