Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Paid for internet and tv in our new home. When we moved in we found the box in the maintenance room upstairs with no way of connecting our tv antenna to the the actual tv. When called to ask for support with the issue they told us there is nothing they could do. Internet is slow and unreliable. Tried using their waoo tv app. It works on my iphone but not on the pc so now we are going to try with chrome cast from one of our phones to the tv. If you are reading this save yourself the trouble and shop for internet/TV somewhere else.
