Absolute joke of a company. Took nearly two weeks for my express delivery boxes to arrive. Tried reaching out to customer service - they don’t pickup the phone or respond to voicemails. So I emailed, and the responses were ridiculously slow and lacked any concern, information, or urgency.

I do not recommend using this company, nor would I use them again. While I received my boxes eventually this time, I can’t help but think next time I might not be so lucky… and they would deal with it by ignoring me, no doubt.

Ordered packing boxes. Boxes never arrived and having difficulty getting refund. Phone lines never answered. Voice mail never answered. Spurious company. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid. Now going to Trading standards and small claims court

Ordered boxes for moving as run out and paid for next day delivery so had 2 spare days before move day. Never showed up, no tracking, not even shipped a week later and moved house without them arriving. logged call and wasnt answered for 7 days.

I ordered Tinted Perspex with radius corners on 9th May. I have yet to receive my correct order despite two incorrect order deliveries to date. I am unable to get emails or telephone calls answered. I received a WhatsApp message asking for a response. The response doesn't get read, neither does a voice call get answered. I entered into a contract when I ordered and paid in full, for goods that have not been delivered correctly, therefore Plastic Sheets (Wanna Ltd) have failed to fulfil their part of the contract. Dreadful customer service. I cannot recommend this company and wish I could leave a zero star rating.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Please pay attention to this and previous reviews as although I read the other reviews, I thought it wouldn't happen to me. I ordered boxes and packing for a move, and paid for 48 hour delivery on Monday. No tracking information given, and their system did not recognise order, so I called and emailed. No answer to either. After 6-7 phone calls I finally spoke to someone on Wednesday who informed me they had not been sent, but would go out that day for delivery Thursday. Tracking number issued, but did not work. I called again on Thursday and was informed that not only had they not been sent but were also out of stock. Obviously a BIG problem given we were moving the following day. This outfit is totally unreliable, unresponsive and should be AVOIDED at all costs!!!! Try anyone else - just don't bother with these people unless you want a HUGE amount of hassle and extremely poor customer service.

It's a pity that you can't put zero. This is a scammer, don't transfer money to them, they take money and won't deliver any goods to you, beware.

Would give zero stars but not an option

Paid for next day express delivery which didn’t happen. Items turned up three days later and they were wrong. Called customer service department and they couldn’t have cared less if they tried. I’m now left to dispose of items I didn’t order which I pointed out to the reply of what you want me to do about it.

Now have to wait up to 5 days for correct items to be delivered.

Would not recommend and will most definitely not be using again

Wish I had read reviews first. Goods turned up a day early but boxes are terrible and bubble wrap not even rolled. Very expensive for what has arrived and no packing tape. Box the order came in had huge holes in it and was very battered.

*Recently ordered a perspex sheet and the delivery was sooner than expected.
With no damage.
The best packaging I have ever seen and with the change in shopping is quite a statement.

AVOID THIS COMPANY....! I ordered one sheet of perspex from them, with 5 drill holes, and a 3-5 day delivery time. When the item didn't arrive in time as promised, I contacted them, they replied with "sorry, it didn't meet our standards on quality check so we're remaking the item". When it arrived, it was scratched, and the holes were in the wrong place!

I contacted them again, and they sent me another item (which took another week to arrive), when it did, it was also scratched, and the new holes were in a differently wrong place.

The 'customer services' team have been truly abysmal, both in level of service and attitude, and need a serious training exercise in good customer relations.

They refused to refund me, due to a "30 day policy" which was invented only during this issue. It wasn't on their receipt, terms of business, or website.

They only will refund me if I return the items, even though they've seen full photos and admitted full fault. They're slippier than you can possibly imagine.

There are great online companies for these materials, this isn't one!! Run for the hills, go elsewhere. These are pure and utterly cowboys. "You were given one job" springs to mind. They messed it up TWICE!!

Delivered quickly. Exactly what I needed to move house.

Company cannot be trusted as their staff are incompetent to deal with urgent orders. I had placed an expedited order that I was assured would be delivered within 2-3 days. On the third day I called them to assure that the item would be delivered and they hadn't even dispatched it. Stay away if you need a dependable service!!!

Like so many others, I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering from WOODSHEETS. They are USELESS and have conned me. I was in my rights to cancel the order after waiting for 2 weeks after the determined delivery date since the goods were not in stock. They ignored my wish to cancel and eventually sent them regardless, damaged and order incomplete. No replies to my emails and letter. Yes, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Disgraceful. The company should be closed down.

I ordered a Golf Bag packing box from the website Packingboxes.co.uk which seems to be the same company that also trades from Wannapack.com.

Box was flimsy single ply that was damaged on arrival so didn't even survive its journey to me before it was used. Also, the bubble wrap is a complete rip-off.
Contacted the company about a replacement but their replacements process is completely inefficient and time wasting.

I purchased 100 X 1200mtr of furniture bubble wrap as I'm moving abroad. Wanna pack was the cheapest I could find. The delivery time took 4 days, but I live in Northern Ireland and that's normal, so all in all have a good experience and got a great product. Thanks.

This review of the company is based on my experience with them operating under the name, packingboxes.co.uk. Other than this introductory text, I've posted an identical review under that name.

The boxes supplied were good but the company is dreadful. I paid a premium for delivery by noon the next day but the boxes didn't arrive until the day after that (and in fact the email I received to confirm that the the boxes had been dispatched wasn't even sent until 11:45 on the day I was supposed to receive them. I used the company's online form to ask for my express delivery premium to be refunded and received an acknowledgement on 22 June saying, "I will have this looked into for you". It is now 12 July and I've heard nothing else from the company and no reply to any of my three subsequent emails.
