13-Week Cashflow Modeling review

I haven't yet required the assistance of Customer Service to rate Wall Street Prep (WSP) on that matter. Nonetheless, I am already in the Finance space and took both the Financial Statement Analysis and 13-Week CashFlow Modeling courses; merely as continuing education. In both cases/courses, I'm very pleased with the quality of the curriculum. In fact, Matan Feldman's 13-Week CF Modeling course (1) flows nicely, (2) is choreographed similarly to my methods when I'm training junior analysts, (3) and is both data & results driven. He is terrific!

Worth the money

Did their Accounting Crash Course -- the Income Statement section is stellar. Extremely clear and intelligent teaching. (note that right after the Income Statement section is when they ask people to write reviews that they publish on their website...)

After that the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement content is messier and harder to follow. But if you're willing to put in the time to supplement with your own reading / watching other youtube videos I still think it is very useful content. Definitely worth the money overall (because the course isnt expensive at all!). Would help to have some corporate finance exposure beforehand, but I would recommend this course to people from a non-finance background who want to learn more about accounting and corporate finance!

Customer service does not exist

I would love to give them my money but their customer service is unable to return a call.

Called four days ago to ask a simple question, confirming if a certain course was NASBA approved for CPE credit, and was told that I would hear back in two to three hours... have never received that phone call.

Tried the following day, and the day after that, only to go through the same steps: no one is available to answer my question, I tell them my question again, it gets placed into a black hole, it is ignored.

There are equivalent programs out there willing to care about potential customers to go to

No Customer Support - Cannot Login Despite Paying

I have paid for one of their self-study basic packages on Financial Statement Modelling, but I have not received my login credentials. I cannot reach them despite calling their support number for numerous times and leaving emails. The transaction is fully completed, but I cannot login to the account or can receive any available means of support.
