Finally got around to putting up my mural that I ordered over a year ago! The print was fine. The measurements ( personal to each item) were obviously wrong so we used our own thankfully and the rolls had been marked a-d incorrectly! Again luckily we spotted this before we started

Avoid this business like the plague, sent the wrong size of a mural and now they refuse to acknowledge any emails or phone calls regarding a refund, absolute joke.

Placed an order and they sent the wrong mural. Will not pick up the phone or reply to emails.

Took my money no contact

Placed order 7 days ago, took my £1800.00 and received an email receipt but no follow up email to say order was placed. I have emailed, logged tickets & called. Nothing back. Will be reporting to the FCA and suggest everyone else does to get them fined and struck off as a business.

I am a huge fan of surfing and wanted to get a wall mural of me surfing. I had some doubts whether my photo can be printed as a wall mural or not so I contacted their support for my query and they were very quick and gentle. I now love the mural of me surfing.

Do not use this company. We bought a mural that doesnt match colour wise on edges. Very plain the printing machine has a fault. We have emailed. phoned and done everything possible to get in touch. We are still waiting to be refunded £116 back. Do not use as scammers. No one answers the phone or messages.

Beware of the flashy website and rave 'reviews' - this company are a joke as far as quality and customer service is concerned. The delivery took much longer than expected, then when the murals did arrive they were the wrong size! I have been trying to get through to someone for over a week, either through calling, online chat or emails, but I've heard nothing back. The worst service I've ever received!

Ordered wallpaper on a 3-5 day delivery (which I payed extra for) and it’s now been 4 weeks and still no wallpaper or any meaningful communication!! Absolutely shocking service!!
I’ve tried phoning but can only leave a message! I’ve tried emailing which you get a automated reply saying they can take up to 5 days to reply!!?? Then I did get an email asking for the order number, but all I received was a receipt number which I gave to them. Then nothing for over a week! Then after going through the same again I get a sorry we’re really busy but they’ve put me as a priority! That was now a week ago! But they’ve taken my money!! Absolutely fuming!
I just wish they were a local to me company😡
This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to have dealings with!

Due to unbelievably bad packaging my murals were ruined when I got them. It took weeks before I got any response from their support. In order to get a refund I had to send the murals back to wallpaperink. Had to pay the postage myself.

I would have returned them anyway due to poor print quality.

They received the murals on June 5th. Been trying to get a refund ever since, but they don´t reply on e-mails and do not return my calls. August 12 I got an e-mail saying they would chase things up. Since then, nothing.

Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

My package was supposed to include the mural, a pencil, knife with snap off blade and fitting instructions. The only thing it actually included was a ruined mural.

Easy planning using my own photo. Mural arrived quickly, really good quality. Used the spray up which was super easy and looks fantastic

I had some doubts regarding the product that I wanted to order but stuart at customer support helped me with me with all my doubts. Their customer service is really gentle and will help you find the mural for your needs. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

My son loves soccer so I got a soccer mural for his room as a surprise and it fitted perfectly on his wall and he really loved it and is really happy with how his room looks now. Thanks wallpaper Ink!

Its impossible to talk to these guys and the order itself was not as advertised.

Buy murals some other place, here you might not get what you pay for.

This place is a joke. They did send us our product (which we don't want). But we had such little faith following the reviews we read on here and elsewhere that we made alternate arrangements and ordered from a decent business. Why did we do that 1.they didn't send a confirmation email after our purchase. 2. they failed to answer their phone line and or return numerous voicemails. 3. they haphazardly responded to emails and facebook messages but never completed a conversation with an outcome. They have demonstrated possibly the worst level of communication I have ever experienced. We now want a refund which I do not feel very confident in getting. if they had simply communicated then we would have waited for the product but they didn't, now it has arrived and we don't want it.

The hardest part for me was choosing what to order because they have such a wide range of murals and the plus thing is that you can get even a custom mural. It was super easy to order and looks perfect on our wall and makes our wall look amazing.
