The door and window industry is notoriously full of rogue traders and cowboys so I chose Walkers because of their outstanding reputation. The quality of their products is exceptional and the price was very fair, much less expensive than I expected.
When it came to the installation they sent Jools Abbey to do the job and his workmanship, attention to detail and approach were, in a word, perfect.
I’m very happy that I have spent my hard earned money wisely and would recommend anyone looking for replacement doors and windows to use Walker’s.

The order process was simple and we liked the email confirmation of our order, which showed new window would look like.
The site survey was straight forward and quick and confirmed all measurements.
The day before installation, I received a call confirming the time. John & Donna arrived early (within 10mins of ETA) and after a quick run through they removed and fitted the window quickly. We appreciated that they didn't damage or scuff our newly fitted bathroom panels & did a good, clean job.

There was a break in the glass (hense 4 stars) but a replacement has been ordered and will be replaced in a few days. If that goes as expected then this will be a 5* review.

Will definitely consider Walkers for future replacements.

A month ago, a gentleman from Walkers Windows came to quote us for a front door, he came, very knowledgeable, came with all examples that helped massively. He was very friendly, talkative and very reassuring. Agreed and order made.

Then today John and Donna have been and fitted the door after a phone call yesterday to confirm the time. John communicated throughout the fitting and did a fantastic job.

Lee was great, got to door fixed in a timely manner and kept me updated along the way.

Mark and Steve did a great job today, all rear/side windows and a new back door.
Here ready to start for 8am, all done and cleaned up by 11am.

Great service from John and Donna. Arrived on time as promised. Worked hard and fast and were done in the time they said too. Great French doors, fitted perfectly so glad we chose Walkers, great price and guarantee. Highly recommend Walkers and John & Donna for fitting. They even cleaned up after they finished. 10/10

Mark and Steve installed us 2 doors and six windows today.
Despite it being a really hot day, they both worked at a pace. They work well together and take a lot of pride in their work.
They were timely and explained any queries that we had to us.
We are very happy with them and their work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The fitters were brilliant. They were kind and helpful and really reassuring and knowledgeable. They fitted the windows and doors really quickly and neatly. No fuss, no mess. The windows and doors look amazing and work perfectly.

Had John and Donna install our new door and they were great. Very quick and easy and it looks great.

I got a phone call the night before installation to advise what time they would arrive in the morning. John and Donna arrived on time and were really friendly. Despite the heat, they got on with the job effortlessly and were very clean and tidy. I am extremely pleased with my new front door; it’s not a traditional door as it has a glass top panel and side panels and it looks stunning. So much care was taken with cleaning it after installation and I was shown how to use it effectively and advised how and where to get additional keys cut. Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Definitely a 5 star review from me and I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family. And anyone else! Salesman spent plenty of time with us, getting our windows to the correct specification we wanted. Once ordered, turnaround was fast and had new Windows installed in a few weeks.

Ian and Lee turned up on time, cracked on with the job, and installed seven windows in great time. No problems at all and happy with the fitting.

Delighted with our new bedroom windows. From the sales guy to the surveyor to the fitters , Jamie and Jay, we had nothing but a great experience. We now have new windows that have made such a positive difference. Highly recommend.
