Last November I ordered a Red jersey with 00 on the back and the name Ace. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who wanted the Red jersey and with the Toronto Blue Jays mascott name on it. Don't see many of these at a game. I could only purchase this color around Canada day at the MLB shop,so I went to online and found Wairraiders When the order came it only had one 0 on the back. The Blue jays Mascott is 00. All was kinda OK until in February ,when I purchased tickets for April 15 ball game at the Roger's Center My daughter said she would not wear the jersey because ,some people would surly say that the numbers were wrong. I agreed with her. I then decided to contact Wairaiders and ask if this could be fixed. The response was immediate! I sent pictures of the jersey and pictures of the actual mascott with 00 on the back. I also sent my original order which clearly stated the name Ace with 00 under it. I got put on to one of the most amazing customer service reps I had ever dealt with. Jasmine was awesome and immediatly went to work to rectify this. She offered to send me a new jersey free of charge. I have just received it and it is perfect,both looks and fit. My daughter was thrilled with what I did to fix this and is now looking forward to the Jays game April 15 against Tampa Bay. This Jersey is now going to be the good luck Jersey and the Jays will win every time she wears it. I am extremely grateful to Jasmine and the entire crew of Wairaiders. There was no argument at all. They acknowledged that a mistake had bee made and quickly fixed the issue. I am so impressed with them. Now when going to the game and people comment about it,because you don't see mascott jerseys alot,we will Tell them about Wairaiders and how they were so good to us. I will recomend for them to look Wairaider up and use them for their needs. Again to Jasmine and the entire crew of this company. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Keep up the great work.

A bit skeptical at first. But received both my jerseys in the mail. Good quality and everything stitched. I would buy again no complaints.

I’m going to receive my order between February 19 and March 16 because of this inconvenience they sent me a mail and tell me that next command they give me 20% off because of this inconvenience they are really very professional wairaider are very good.

I was hesitant at first due to so few reviews, but my jerseys arrived today and they are perfect. High quality stitched numbers and names. Don’t be hesitant to order from Wairaiders! Great communication and great products!

The color of the jersey was off. I wish I would have known the product came from overseas. It took forever. Finally, my credit card that I used was hacked.
