Waffle House Reviews 

The food is great, the people are friendly. My low score has to do with the phone. I was able to call in my order on the way to work and it was there and ready. For the past 2 years they don't pick up the phone. If you don't believe me call the WH on Airport Road in pearl, ms and i bet you don't get through. I have even sat down in the place and made the call and didn't even hear it ring. All the other local WH in Brandon will pick up just Pearl refuses to to so. 3 managers have come and gone and still no phone.

When arrived the restaurant was empty except for one booth with 2 people. Half of the restaurant was sectioned off. I explained that we had a handicapped person with a wheelchair and needed the table. The cook said that we had to sit at the bar or one of the two booths available. The booths available were located next to the bathroom and a wheelchair couldn't fit in the walk way without having to move everytime someone needed to use the bathroom. When I expressed this the waitress looked at me with a blank face and said nothing. The cook reaffirmed that the only space available regardless if we were handicapped or not was the bar or booth. When I asked his named, he esitated for about 20 seconds and said "Dave". I doubt that was his real name but he was African American no name tag working at the Middletown delaware location on 10/22/2021 at 4pm... BEWARE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE, DO NOT EAT HERE THEY WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR HANDICAP, EVEN IF THEY HAVE NO ONE IN THEIR RESTAURANT!!!

Wow! Waffle House #1633 has a great working team. Efficient, friendly, and good food. A group of employees that smile, greet, and follow-up with their customers throughout the meal. This Waffle House is clean also. Keep up the great work!!!!

If possible I'd leave a negative star. The 3 young girls on staff obviously don't know how to deal with the public. The store is Corydon Indiana. Date is 9/5/21 @ 7:30 pm. I walked into the store to sit down and have a meal. One of the waitresses told me I can't dine in although there were other patrons dining in at that current time. When asked why ,she said there was no trained cook on duty. However she offered to take a to go order. Why would she be able to offer a to go order but not dine in if there was no trained cook available. After I questioned her about that , she got irritated at me and told me to get my Ass out of the store and don't come back. I left the store and went to white castles for my food which is rite next store. I sat in my truck in white castle parking lot facing waffle house while I ate my dinner. Observing the waffle house I noticed a young girl employee in uniform kept going in and out of the waffle house to her car smoking with 2 other people in her car. I called back to the waffle house to address the unusual activities of the young girl smoking from the store to her car on several occasions and denying me opportunities to dine in and the untrained female cook told me to go fu-- myself. I don't know what's going on at that waffle house in corydon indiana but I do know the employees are very rude and they turned away many customers who would have paid for a service but was denied the opportunity to do so.

I got off work last Friday and was very hungry it was around 1 am. I tried to call and place a to go order but no one picked up the phone. I drove to the Waffle House #1134 4135 Sugarloaf Pkwy in Lawrenceville, GA. 30044. I went inside and stood at the register for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Their were about 5 other guest awaiting food orders that they had placed. Finally, the cook told an employee to take my order. He did, I paid for my food and told him I would wait outside until it was ready. After I ordered my food 2 other customers walked in and sat down at the high table. They were clearly regulars and the cook was laughing and talking to them and they told her what they wanted and that no one else made omelets like she did. I sat outside and watched as the other people who were inside and awaiting food when I arrived received their food and exited the waffle house. After they left it had been about 30 minutes and I so I assumed my order should be ready next. I went in to check and see if mine was ready. When I went in to check on my order the guy who took my order said it wasn't ready yet. He said that the cook had 2 omelets she had to make first and then she would start on my order. The omelets were clearly for her special customers who arrived 20 minutes after me. I asked him why she was preparing food for the customers who came in about 20 minutes after me while I am still waiting on my order that was placed first. He said he didn't know why he wasn't the cook. I said so I have waited almost an hour and she has not even started preparing my food but instead she is cooking the order placed by her regular customers. I said that isn't right, please refund my money. He refunded my money and I left and went home hungry.

We ate in Shelbyville today. It was great. We were given drink without waiting. We were offered more coffee without waving an arm. We were given hot food. It tasted great. Hash brown were perfect. No begging for hot sauce or creamer. Justice was our server. She is great at her job. 526459 is clean and fast.

Poor quality in making the food, the cook looked like he hadn't slept in days and wore over sized clothes. My order was completely wrong. I asked for no onions on a bun and I got extra onions on Texas toast. Seemed intentional. For the price we paid I feel we got ripped off, not to mention we tipped.

This is Robert Johnson I went to The Waffle House number 1083 this morning for breakfast I had to wait for a long time for my Waffle they were working with three waffle irons in the place my kids waited even longer for their waffle because like I said they're only have three waffle irons working the water all over the floor they were trying to keep it cleaned up and it just kept running out one of the one of the coolers wasn't even working the door was propped open I was a bad experience for me and equipment needs to work to run a restaurant

Just left waffle house #249 in bowling Green KY. The service & the food was the best of any waffle house that we have visited. Very clean as well.

i went to this location (2850 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30022 ) and twice they tricked me ... once they gave me just 2 egg white omelette without the sides or bread and charged me 5.99 and then gave me another one without the bread for9.99. Last night I got the same omelette at another location for 4 something with hash brown and bread.... this place is ridiculous ...never going back

Went to store 2260 in Houston,Tx at 12:55a.m.and stated they where only taking to go orders, it’s as all tables where dirty. Before I could get out the door the person that said they where doing to go orders came right behind me as I exited in route to smoke a cigarette . This is my second complaining on this same location. It want be a third time💯

I have been in the south for 6 years and this location has been BEST!! Store 547 did awesome job. My Keta made sure everything was fresh and hot. The store was busy but you would have not known. Thank you for all you do special during this time through covid-19.

WALKED IN TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE IN MAULDIN SC AT 6AM FOR BREAKFAST BEFORE WORK. THERE WAS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER. SHE LOOKED AT ANOTHER AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMER AND SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE FUC**** DOOR LOCKED. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR 15 MINUTES WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE LOCATION BUT US AND THE ONE OTHER CUSTOMER SHE NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEGED US.... I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS BUT DON'T BE RACIST BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. LAST WEEK SAME LOCATION HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM A DIFFERENT SERVER AND WE LEFT HER A $100 TIP. ITS ALL IN TREATMENT OF OTHERS.... I WON'T RETURN IF THIS IS HOW YOU LET YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT OTHERS.

Went for breakfast. Although the waitress look sleepy she was super nice and pour us coffee right away. We got pancakes and they were delicious. The service was really good and the food was tasty and fresh. Its a good breakfast for a reasonable price and not so bad environment compared to other places that WH have around.

We are from La. but eat at the same Waffle House in Biloxi every 2,weeks when we go. This last time (3rd Day in a row) Mothers Day Morning, my husband and I g we t there. I say I’m going get in line. Since COVID started they have a black man outside telling how long the wait is etc.... two older black women sitting outside . He tells me I’m after them. I ask if I could go stand right inside( as it’s a little warm outside) he starts talking really loud . He says well why don’t you just go sit on someones lap. I said you don’t have to be ugly. I will stand right there inside and won’t be in the way. Then he proceeds to tell me to go sit in my car. I told him no. Then a white man walks up and tells him ( very arrogantly) what a great job he was doing. So the Waffle House guy tells him to get behind the two black ladies... that he was after them. I told him ... hell no he’s not ,I was here first. He starts telling me stuff. Hollering at me. Well I hollered back and left. But I believe he needs to be gone and he needs to apologize as loud as he shamed me.I like that Waffle House & we love our waitress. We even would tip the guy just because. Now I have nothing nice to say to him or about him!!! Waffle House , Reynoir, Biloxi,Ms.

This was the most EXCELLENT experience ever. The staff was amazing!! They went above and beyond for 4 Old Golden Girls. The food is always great but the staff made our trip to Charleston amazing..

Wafflehouae on 20 next to 124 in lawrenceville,Ga. .Im I regular at this location but not anymore.Ive been embarrassed the last time.and this happens at the register when I'm checking out in front of people when I'm explaining what was wrong.They take it personally and start yelling and blaming me for not eating the way they fixed it.I get the same thing and toast it burnt and late 70% of the time...This is no way to treat a customer

Went in on Wed. 4/7/21 at 9:05 all tables on thright of the register were dirty and uncleared even the counter had not been wiped. Food was on the floor. Waited for some one to clear a table. When seated asked for coffee which being made didnt come til we were in the middle of the meal. Asked for out ticket since she never created one Dalia said ok and never gave us one. In addition to ourselves there was one other person that could have just walked out without paying. We both had to walk to the register explain what we ordered in order to pay. The problem seem to be two untrained new waitresses with no supervision. The place was filling up as we left but the lack of organization, and training was plain to see.

I went into facility in Kannapolis NC on Cannon Rd Multiple dirty tables and was told after I removed couple items from table”can’t you give us five mins” I said take all the time you need and I say down. Staff then told us we could not sit until they cleaned table yet they were standing around chatting with one another. Would not suggest anyone eat there due to staff attitude
