Waffle House Reviews 

Frist time at WH in Mansfield Tx off Hwy 287/Copper st. Service was fast, food was good and 🔥, but the Server's table cleaning techique with just her hands Wiping plates off with her bare hands and no gloves, was a bit creepy. And using a local wastebasket to discard of the food mixture,from the table was a bit disgusting. I'm seeing the grill master. Wipe off the large knife on the edge of the chopping block instead of cleaning it with water and a towel, was a bit surprising. Overall the atmosphere was pleasant. I will return for 1 more visit, but I'll make sure I have my antibiotic shots and sanitation wipes just in case they need help cleaning the tables, because having an extra pair of gloves comes in handy.

The Waffle House in Gretna Louisiana (#2276) is a toxic hellstew. This place drasticly needs management supervision. Out of control waitstaff (or maybe waitstaph).

When I got at Waffle House a young lady took my order. She then forgot to call the order. I sat there for approximately 20 minutes before the order was call. In the mean-time there were several other customers that came in after me. One had gotten his food and was ready to leave before they even called my order. Another couple that was after had finished their meal as well. I told the cook that I was OK and she didn't have to scold the waitress. After I finally served. I as for cream for my coffee. That was never done. I told the waitress that I wasn't going to pay the full price because I felt that it was very poor service. There were words between the cook and one of the older waitress. The atmosphere was toxic. Another customer asked me what was going on? I said I wasn't sure. I frequent this place a lot.
I said was going to pay for my food but I wasn't going to pay 16.25 I felt like something should have been deducted for the inconvenience. Then the cook started yelling at me. I just paid the full price and left. I started to just walk out, but I didn't do it
I go to store #1363 at least once or twice a week. I know most of the waitress by name.
This was really a BAD CREW!!!!

I was in the waffle House in the place in Woodstock Georgia I had a server her name was Taylor Witcher we had a party of 11:00 we took up two boosts and the order went flawless The food was at as quick as possible I can't say anything more about this lady she has probably been employed at waffle House for many many years cuz she knew it all she knew everything every question we had she had an answer for it we will be returning thank you so much waffle House rules IHOP sucks

I offered to buy the cup I was using. I thought Iwas hearing things. The waitress said they went for 25.00.

I was going to waffle house one day and I ordered 3 eggs and a side of bacon but when the food came out a man with an oreng beard and a blue hoodie walked in and ate my food and the plate then he rolled out as a ball.

Great place to eat , sometimes you may have to wait but it's worth it , because they have a great staff and wonderful cook's .

I used to go to the Waffle House at broad river all the time I stopped going now when I go it full of homeless people begging for food and money shopping carts outside.When the one customer they may have is finished the Bums run over to eat the food left in the plate. It has also become Broad River public toilets so the customers to use Dirty restroom.

Seriously saddening! I love Waffle House. Never at this location again! Burnt cold hash browns, cold eggs, bacon! Cold toast biscuit n gravy slightly warm, tasted old . The toast tasted like grease . Asked to adjust bill to half n they took $4.00 off and said that’s what manager said to do , as she was not even there they called her.

So I was at waffle house one night the a fetus climbed out of its mother, rolled over and ate my waffles. It then proceeded to burp cutely!!! (It smelt amazing)🤨🤨🤨it then whispered in my ear that its name was Timmy and then it rolled back into its mother. WHAT A CRAZY PLACE.

I went to the Waffle House in Hueytown Alabama right before christmas and about 1 week later after that. I could not believe my eyes and ears. Most if not all the workers were complaining about who did not do what each shift all the while standing around.

Not only that a tall girl with curly hair is serving my table and I could overhear her say to another older lady that she refused to provide service to another table of African American People! the manager is standing in close proximity!!! and didnt do anything about it.

To Make matters worse this little girl didnt even bother to smile or really provide me with much customer service and fixed her face when I did not leave a big enough tip.

The girl brought me my food while it sat on the side for a while getting cold. To make matters worse there is a large curly hair sitting right on top of my ham and hashbrowns. She brings me my Cup of coffee and i had to call her back to give me some milk at least! , which sat on the side for a while, getting cold. Im not sure which manager is reading this, but your Hueytown Alabama location needs some serious assistance with getting better attitudes and if there are managers to make these people go work and find another job.

For a while i will not be back.

1st of all you can't speak to a person which is so freaking aggravating! So if you are driving you must stop, get this stupid app that doesn't even have everything (for example... A side of sausage gravy) I ordered a to-go order (which they charge extra for) and spent $49.46. Get the order home and once again the crap is wrong. I ordered over easy eggs and got scrambled which I hate. So I tried to call the location to give them an opportunity to fix it or ask for a refund but no it is impossible to call a Waffle House. So you have a business that you cannot contact by phone! How genius! Who is the idiot that came up with not allowing people to contact a business via phone especially when you're trying to place an order add something to the order that's not on the website like sausage gravy or resolve a problem. #DONE

1415 Gordonsville Tn. 3 customers. Boy supposedly the manger pulling his shirt up showing the female help his abbs cussing out loud multiple times. Order over medium got over well. They replaced them with some that were over easy standing in melted butter. Ate a few bites and left. Worse experience at WH ever. Will not be back at this location. Seemed totally disorganized. Just a bunch of kids doing their own thing.

FERNANDO WAS SO AWESOME WITH HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! HE WAS VERY LIKABLE JUST WITH HIS SMILE! ADARIUS WAS SO DILIGENT UPON WORKING ON THE CORRECT TOTAL FOR OYR ORDER, HE WAS SO KIND! WE WERE SERVED A LOVELY MEAL AND WE LEFT EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! YAY!!

Today is Sunday, 8 September and I visited the waffle house on Central Avenue and McCord Road in Toledo, Ohio. This was an upsetting visit to this location, because of all the excess noise that some of the crew were making, slamming dishes over and over and over again as loud as they could. I’m surprised they didn’t break any. If these people are not happy to work there they should quit instead of making the customers miserable with their excess noise.
This went on for almost an hour. Few of the members also went on with personal conversations, very loud, disrupting the peace of the dining area.
I complained but they just pushed back by excusing their obnoxious behavior, and in fact, the noise got louder after my complaint.

My wife and I usually enjoy Sunday morning breakfast at Waffle House on 6th Avenue in Decatur, AL. I write "usually" because too often when we arrive there are no booths available, but there are booths in which only one person is seated, so we have to wait. This morning FOUR booths were in use by only one person each, but there were seats available at the bar. If Waffle House is going to have a policy stating that a booth is for 2 people or more, then ENFORCE the policy. We left and went to Cracker Barrel rather than wait.

Went to a waffle House in Texas the prices are wonderful, the employees are wonderful and the cook can cook.
It was a good experience and awesome food will definitely fill you up

I had breakfast at store #917. I observed Michael and Jeanette working hard while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. Katrina, my waitress, was fantastic. She was friendly, hard working keeping up with the needs of many customers. Loved my experience.

A chef named Sean at the Waffle House in Clinton made my food very good. Chef’s kiss good.
