Take responsibility for your broken products!

Technicians themselves are not bad, actually quite nice and patient people.
Company's responsibility for their products and its overall life span and quality however not so much. I have so far owned a 22hd Cintiq and now a Cintiq pro 16. Both began having display issues after about a year.
Both times I bought the products used, so Wacom stated I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs, so the first time I accepted my fate and decided to simply purchase a new Cintiq pro 16 instead. But now this basically brand new Cintiq is having display malfunctions as well. How can it be fair to expect customers to pay out of pocket for a basically brand new product? So what if I bought it from another user? The product is still made by your company and less than a year old! Please take more responsibility for the inherent malfunctions within your products. If you made a bad product at least offer to fix it. To make something that expensive which breaks in under a year and to overcharge people when they come asking for help is despicable.
It is not the customers fault if your products malfunction, so take ownership.

Worst & slowest customer support staff ever!

WORST and SLOWEST customer support staff I have ever encountered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE!!!

I needed to make a return and I am still awaiting for a return number after nearly a week (although I have just found out it was logged yesterday...and they accused me of lying). I am flying out of the country in 2 days (for 2 months) and I have expressed the need to return the product before then, and there has been no empathy or understanding on their part. I can't bring the tablet with me as I do not have the luggage allowance.

I have tried all forms of communication and their answer is to wait for the email with instructions... The customer support team need some training, it seems.

I'm a serial online shopper and I have NEVER had this much trouble returning an item.

I'm very disappointed, especially from a global brand that I used to respect like Wacom. I will never support this company again!

Too expensive drawing pad for nothing.

I bought the Wacom intuos pro. But if it was a cheap tablet I wouldn't say anything about it. But The price just simply not worth it. Keep lagging on different devices. Million useless settings. So, definitely not worth to give more than 300 dollars for it. My cheap and old drawing pad still does his work, and not lagging. It's really annoying when I am retouching photos.

Thank you for your genuinely kind, outstanding customer support!

I can't say much about the durability of my tablet just yet as I have only started using it recently despite having it for over a year (I was overwhelmed by how to start with it 🙈). There was an issue with my pen and I got in touch over email and then by phone. I talked with Dulce and she very kindly assisted me all the way through the process to fix the issue (on a Friday evening, mind you!). The issue is now solved and I am very pleasantly surprised since generally, calling customer support can be a stressful experience sometimes, but not with Dulce. Thank you so much for your patience, genuine care and kindness! You are a customer care superstar. It is thanks to outstanding people like you that customers stay customers at companies! ❤️

Unreliable, poor quality control, poor customer support.

Wacom have released several products with inherent design flaws in recent years. Most recently I was unfortunate enough to buy a Cintiq Pro 16. They never fix flaws over the life of a particular model, so if you're "lucky" you end up in a constant cycle of sending the product off for repair/replacement (with a refurb!) until the warranty expires, and you're then liable for very expensive shipping and repairs. I've had to do this on no less than 4 separate occasions, customer support has been very poor overall, and the most recent "assuredly brand new" replacement arrived in a box which had clearly been opened and resealed. The device already had a dead pixel on the screen - which they refused to replace after giving me a spiel about how they "...stand behind the quality of our products".

I've used Wacom for well over a decade as a professional illustrator, and concept artist. It angers me how unreliable their products have become, and how little they care about their customers.

Class Action Suit

The only reason that I have given a 1 star review is because there is not a 0 star review.
I bought the Wacom Studio Mobile Pro 16 in July 2018 as a requirement for my son for school. There was a catatonic failure of the device in January 2019 in which it was under warranty. I was disappointed at the fact that I had to pay out of my pocket to ship it for repairs. It took 10 days to repair the computer, however that is their average turn around time, so I was okay with that. We received the computer back February 10 2019. On November 10, 2019, 9 months later, there was another catastrophic failure. I was told that the warranty would reset for another year, however I am now being told that I have to pay over 1700 dollars to repair it. My son has to figure out what he to do about his projects that he has been working on this semester and no one there seems to give a damn. A class action suit needs to happen. The sooner than the better!!

All Wacom devices have short life spans!

I spent a fortune on a Wacom 27" pen and touch that I almost never got to use. They requested AUS $2000 to repair it, and that's after I post it to their repair centre.
Do some Goolge searches, people have been trying for years to start class action lawsuits against these thieves.
Search for alternatives, never buy Wacom, they are thieves and this is all by design to generate more profit.
Absolutely disgusting. I will never stop warning people.

Had the product in Warranty still but…

Had the product in Warranty still but had bought it second hand, I asked for the documentation necessary when I bought it since the owner didnt had any use for the tablet.

I used it for a few months and then it got a dead pixel stripe in the middle of the screen, i thought using the warranty papers and the right information would help me fix the screen but they say it doesnt cover it after almost 3 weeks of taking ages to reply to my inquiries.
Just money greedy company. Go for a gaomon, cheaper and faster costumer service besides providing you with the all your rights as long as you have the warranty papers.

Super poor customer support and service!!!!!

Very poor customer support service. I placed an order with some problems on my credit card payment. I asked for help for many times, they are just sending cas code again and again, which does not have any help. They seem don't care about their order and customers. I need their products for working, or I will never come to this company. In short, WACOM, you make your dear customers really, really sad.

Upgraded to Mojave on my macbook pro…

Upgraded to Mojave on my macbook pro and I'm having a real hard time getting wacom tablet center to detect my "old" tablet (Wacom Intuos). I'm reading that people are having the same problem. I only had my tablet for two years! Luckily I have a Huion tablet as well that's just as old and it worked beautifully on Mojave. Which makes me wonder if the "many security features added" on mojave is the issue or is it Wacom forcing you to buy their newest and overpriced models?

Excellent brand with excellent products!

Excellent brand with excellent products! I gladly recommend it to every designer, artist, student, hobby digital artist etc..
I have an Intious M bluetooth model, and I am perfectly satisfied with it!
As a designer student, the only negative thing, is that I can’t use it on my way. I would be really happy if once Wacom will make a portable drawing tablet (Like Cintiq) which is affordable for students :)

I'm very happy with my Wacom! 😍
The drawingposition I have now (upright, watching my screen), is much better than with the classic " nose in the desk" drawing. 👌🏼 Learning to draw digitally is really fun!! 😁

Quick draw

Got my wycom tablet from Jessops in a sale, I only use it occasionally when other tools don't do what I would like. Nice size of tablet and easy interface with my laptop. Easy set up.
