Having had multiple bad experiences renting cars at Heathrow airport over the years. City Gate Skoda in Slough, is a cut above the rest! Just a 15 min cab ride down the M4 is easy, rental process was seamless and as is their moto of no hidden fees. Excellent staff and new vehicle fleet backed by VW was a super refreshing experience. Well done City Gate Skoda!!

Second time using VWFS Slough for car hire, and have booked again. Won't use any other company now. Great cars, great prices and absolutely brilliant customer service from both Waseem and Gary(?). They take time to explain the car controls if you're not familiar, and have an abundance of patience for multiple questions.
If satnav is a must have - best give them a call to avoid any issues on the day. Location is easy to find - less than a 10 min walk from Burnham station.
Double check you have the necessary paperwork - or give them a call to make sure. They are very helpful.

Mr Hussain, nice, helpful with a smile ！what else is needed from a car rental since nearly all of the companies offering similar prices etc.. Except for good service provider like Mr Hussain.. Tumbs up.

This time I had booked a car for 1 day rent and had made mistake on the booking date, I had only realized that when I was reviewing the booking prior to my planned trip.

Contacted the site as to help me out with this short notice.

Thankfully was told no problem and the site manger had accomidatted this change at no cost.

Once again excellent customer service.

Simple online booking system. Pick up & drop off is thorough & smooth process. Car was great - Seat, Ibiza.
The guy was helpful to point out how the internal car systems were set up which saved me time having to work it out.
Would recommend & use again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Simple, straight forward reservation process. No nonsense pickup and return.
Skoda Karoq Auto (15000 miles on the clock) was like new.
The low oil warning light cane on when we were on the M6 towards the Lake District - so I bought a litre and topped it up. It was expensive due to motorway prices but absolutely no quibble when I returned the car.
Will highly recommend to friends and colleagues and will certainly use them again.

We were visiting family in the UK for a month and this is by far the best service we've had in the UK. Good value, lovely people, great cars, good communication, and when you go to pick the car up you aren't bombarded with half an hour of hard selling additional insurance like all the big rental companies.
Will definitely be using them again and can't recommend them highly enough.
