I apologise for not remembering the person the looked after me at Colindale but he was fantastic, a great assset for a Business, I believe this is the fourth year I have used Colindale VWFS Services for a Rental car and they have always delivered 10/10 service.

Great service - highly competitive price (roughly half of the big rental agencies), very responsive, kind service, no surprises on pickup or return. The rep who helped us (Mo) showed extreme flexibility and great generosity when he gave us the car four days prior to our booking date with no extra cost - just because it was available. Very laid back service - an easy 5 stars.

The rental assistant was great, very helpful, professional and just GOOD.

Everything was made easy from my initial booking, to being contacted by Mohsin to remind me about collection and to finally picking up the van. Mohsin, quickly sorted out the paperwork & then familiarised me with the vehicle and about returning it. The van itself was pristine and very easy to drive and operate - so all round a great experience.

Really great service, as you'd expect from VW. We rented a Multivan for a family road trip - a spacious and versatile vehicle that meant everyone travelled in comfort and with bags of space for luggage etc.
Would highly recommend the service and vehicle and will use again.
Was half the price of conventional hire car companies and with unlimited mileage (!) so really good value for money.
VW rental rep Moshin was excellent also - very helpful, and very clear at all times - couldn't have been more straight forward.

The online booking is straightforward. The descriptions of the vehicles are good, adding measurements would be useful.
We hired a multivan, fourth time of hiring, and it was fabulous. Returned 41mpg over a 470mile journey, mainly motorway.
Carried 6 guys with golf clubs in comfort.
The hiring process was simple, and its reasonable value once all costs are added up.
Would highly recommend for group trips in comfort, easy drive.

Fantastic experience renting from VWFS Colindale. I have rented a T-Roc for a long trip to Europe and everything went very well. The travel abroad cover is very straightforward and Mohsin was great in explaining all requirements and clarifying everything.
