I would firstly like to start that this issue was not a Vuse problem but the delivery company. My monthly subscription was due to be delivered & I did not receive it. I spoke to a lovely lady called Olja who was absolutely amazing she sorted everything out for me & got another box sent out. I have been a customer of Vuse for a long time & I would recommend to anybody who buys vapes. They are efficient, professional & extremely helpful.

This isn’t the first time I had issues with the delivery of the orders I have made in the past,however despite the issues which isn’t stores fault but the delivery company I have always been able to get treated with respect and very understanding customer service and they always have been able to help and deliver without any doubt. I take the hat off to the lovely Leta F adviser who she not only made sure that I was kept in the loop but also went extra mile to deliver what was promised. Thank you 🙏

Order was lost in transit, through no fault of Vuse. Once reported, the customer service representative was absolutely amazing. Exceptionally courteous, understanding and very helpful. I was truly amazed.

How to do Customer service!
A lot of companies should take note on this. I had an issue where Vuse had senty me the wrong order. I contacted Customer service to report this. Matter resolved, with no hassle at all!
Reasons for the excellent service:
1. Correspondence by email in a timely fashion.
2. Dealt with only one person - Marijana, who understood immediately what the issue was, asked for evidence (provided), sent out the correct order, and liaised with the returns team to provide returns postage.
Mariajan was a pleasure to deal with, and should be recognised (in my opinion).
Well done VUSE!

Every time I buy vuse pods (I usually buy the 4pk) I have at least one or more that doesn’t work. You should focus more on quantity control. You have definitely lost me as a customer. Tired of the constant disappointment with your product and the waste of my hard earned money

I have been a VUSE customer now for a number of years and on the few occassions that there has been an issue, these have been resolved quickly and professionally.
I had cause to contact VUSE today.
My order was wrong and the mistake was made by ME.
Vuse however quickly resolved the issue and many many thanks go out to a guy called Steven on the vuse customer helpline and Karen who completed the issue via email

Looks like now using evri for deliveries. First order since the change over and delivery late and incomplete after clearly being lost/damaged. Customer service was excellent however and missing items sent out along with extra cartridges as goodwill gesture.

My subscription order has still not been dispatched but were more than happy to collect payment on the 1st Jan ....told by customer services nothing they can do they are busy stocktaking.
Update - Although the delay has been frustrating the customer services team finally resolved my issue and my order has been dispatched and provided some free pods sent on a next day service

I have been a subscription customer with Vuse for well over a year, and although the products are good i find the service very clunky and slow, they do not offer any alternative shipping method to subscriptions despite offering next day delivery on all other orders, and over the festive period they just werent issuing any orders, this was notified on a ribbon across the top of the web page, however as a subscription customer i do not check the webpage regularly, also the message stated there may be a slight delay due to festive period however i was told my order (2nd january) was not being issued until today - due to a stock take, which is not really down to tue festive period at all but a decision taken not to issue any orders until the stock take was complete - i had to chase my order to be told this, and despite the fact it will likely be over 10 days since they have taken the money for said order to arrive and it hasnt been dispatched yet i am being told it is impossible for them to change the shipping method, and i still need to wait on standard shipping - which is just very poor service all round, the communication and customer service needs to be improved.

After my monthly order was lost by the courier (once they confirmed), i contacted Vuse with what happened.
They issued a replacement very promptly and was delt with very with no problems. Appreciate their help and assistance.

My delivery arrived and the contents were missing. I emailed Vuse the pictures of the delivery then I called them and spoke with Gabor. I have to say that Gabor’s customer service skills were phenomenal and the way he dealt with and resolved my issue was exemplary.
