Great customer service

I have been ordering with Vuse for a year now with no problems. However today I had a small issue with my delivery - I contacted customer services and it was sorted very quickly and was hassle free.

There is usually no issues at all

There is usually no issues at all. But when they appear it's pretty easy to contact someone from customer service and the problem is solved very quickly. I'm very satisfied customer ☺️

Order not received

Very helpful conversation with Karen who understood my disappointment of not being delivered my order due to a mistake by Evri. They are sending me immediately again my order with a complimentary extra box of Pods. Excellent service given by Karen B/Vuse

Excellent Customer Service,

Orders always delivered on time with correct flavours and quantities. When there is an occasional issue with a faulty pod or device them customer service team always provide prompt a positive solution.

Awful service

Awful service. Ordered last Wednesday on a 2 day delivery, still not here by Saturday, sent an email and we are here on Tuesday and no response. Do not use if you want a reliable smoking aid.

I placed many orders without any…

I placed many orders without any issues, my latest order was damaged and royal mail left an apology letter. I contacted vuse and within 24hours they replaced a whole order and sent it again.

Vuse customer services

The vuse products are very good quality and I have used them for along time . I had an issue with a pod and contacted customer services who dealt with issue very swiftly and went beyond what I had expected. With this said I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them . I also have only previously bought my products from the high street , but after being directed to their website by customer services i have become aware of the savings that can be made by ordering directly from them .

Amazing company 😀

The customer care is second to none from vuse, I have just joined and ordered the wrong strength pods by mistake oops!. I emailed vuse to see if they could change my order but it was already processed, but out of kindness they offered to send me FREE pods of the ones I wanted in the first place!
They emailed me back the next morning to do this!

Quality Comes as Standard at Vuse

I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years. Orders are always on time. On the rare 2 occasions in 5 years of monthly orders I’ve had to contact them because of a problem, never originating from them but the couriers. I’ve been responded to quickly, with immediate action. After supplying the relative information, was investigated and resolved with amazing customer care. Sending missing products out and even extra pods to apologise. It is a great team they have. It seems quality comes as standard in every way.

Customer Care is exactly what they offer. Care!

I have been a customer of Vuse for more years that I can remember. The service is brilliant. The Customer Care is exactly what it says it is! They respond promptly and in particular Esma P has gone beyond the call of duty today in sweetly solving a problem for me that was entirely my fault for not following instructions on how to do something on my subscription.

Subscription problem

The customer service agent Bianca was brilliant. I had a problem with my order being short. It was delivered by royal mail with a sticker basically saying package open now resecured. It was actually 6 packs short on my subscription. I let vuse know and sent them pictures and a vid of me opening the package. Within 12 hours a new package was despatched with the short fall in it. No quibble, no blame game, just sent and received the following day. Absolutely brilliantly handled and kept informed even over such a short space of time. So refreshing from a company. We'll done vuse, especially Bianca, you've got a gem there...

Very difficult to receive a refund…

Placed an order 27th May and payment was taken immediately however Evri failed to deliver. Despite many chasers to Vuse I am still waiting for a refund despite them saying this was requested on the 4th June. Not impressed with the customer service

2 plus years with vuse and here’s why

I have been with vuse for over 2 years now, (have a subscription) best vapes as I found other brands to be too harsh on the throat. This month my order was wrong, I email them and they sorted my issue straight away, within 2 days I was sending my wrong order back and had my replacement sent to me with 2 extra packs as good will. Great customer service!
