Shoe wit quality issues, awful customer care
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in a 1+1 sale. I had to return one of them due to quality problems. They offered an exchange or money back option. Initially I wanted an exchange but by the time they received my return package the desired shoes weren't available anymore. I was told to select something else from their page or opt for a refund. I couldn't find anything else that I liked or needed so I asked for a refund. This was the point when they told me they can't give refund on 1+1 sale (after offering this option 2x already). I told that I understood giving back the full price wouldn't make sense so I asked for half price back. They refused and kept repeating that I only have 3 options
We can't agree and nothing happens (so I end up with one pair of shoes for a high price, which I never would have paid for just one pair)
They send back the faulty one
I choose something else.
So I ended up choosing another pair which I don't like, most probably will never wear. Now I'm trying to sell it but tbh I don't think their handling of this case was fair which I also expressed to them multiple times.
