Very patient and helpful service

I received a call from a polite man at VswitchUsave one day ...he was interested in speaking with me to help me save money on my gas and electric.. I didnt ever have time when he rang or I had forgotten I told him to ring and he called back persistently but very politely for 2-3 weeks until I was finally able to have a look and take the time to compare tariffs.
He helped me to make an informed decision despite me initially being very confused about the prices and different companies. I am very pleased with the service.
They use the same calculators that are owned by energy helpline.

Excellent Service

Caroline was an absolute star and saved me almost £800. She spoke clearly, with clarity and great product knowledge. There should be more companies like this to help people being mugged and robbed by incompetent companies that will do their absolute best to cheat people.
Thank you VswitchUsave, this was the best gift and experience I've had so far in 2016.
