If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. This organisation have been an absolute shambles from start to finish. From the individual who assessed my vehicle not telling me the truth about the cost breakdowns of items, to including items that he didn't tell me about, to not letting me review the full report and then charging me for things that are not part of the wear and tear policy. I then tried to contact the organisation to file a complaint, and after a week of no response from them, thought it best to write a review. Avoid using this firm as they seem sly, unprofessional and have no regard for customers. Avoid at all costs.
