Terrible Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of Stronger With You Intensely from the V Perfumes branch in Manar Mall. I paid approximately 460 AED, expecting the high quality and long-lasting performance this fragrance is known for.
Unfortunately, the bottle I received is performing worse than a cheap body spray. The scent disappears completely within 10 minutes to an hour. For a fragrance that is supposed to last 8+ hours, this is unacceptable.
When I reached out to the store regarding the issue, I was met with zero help. Despite the high price tag and the clear lack of quality/authenticity in the performance of this specific bottle, nobody offered a refund or a resolution.
I feel like I have wasted my money. I would advise shoppers to be very careful when buying expensive fragrances here, as the after-sales support is non-existent if you receive a faulty product.

Worst service ever.. After sale support is the worst
They are not trust worthy over the online Purchase service and can Simply send you old perfume with wrong smell and worst part is that they will not confess it or cooperate/investigate when approaching their support! If you are planning to deal with them then go to the store and try firs but never through their online! Worst service ever..
As an update: On 6th Jan I approached them over email as they said, and on 7th they replied that they can do nothing as my original complain is almost one month old by now! They are just trying to show you (the reader) that they care and would take an action, but they made it even worse!!
Note that I raised the formal complaint the same week I go the delivery and not after one month.
