Great protein
VPA’s WPI is a clean, fast-absorbing whey protein isolate with great mixability and minimal ingredients. It’s low in carbs and fat, making it ideal for lean muscle building or post-workout recovery. Flavours are solid (especially Vanilla Ice Cream), though some may find them a bit sweet. Excellent value for money and Aussie-made.

Decent price and delivery
Overall price and delivery is good. I found that the unique flavours (biscuit and birthday cake) had sand like consistency in the packet and a specific smell which is possibly the flavour filler. These took extra water to mix. The vanilla had a traditional consistency of the powder and mixed better, also did not have the distinct flavouring smell. I would personally stick to vanilla if i rebuy.

The recent order Iced coffee having a very good flavour, I had previously ordered some other flavour but so far this one is the best. Your Frozen Banana did not had a strong flavour like the one I use to buy from Rule1. There frozen banana was really good.
