Went through vouchercodes for my purchase and it appeared to work as I received an email suggesting it had. Then I received another telling me I wasn’t eligible. I spent over £15 and kept the items so I asked them why. Took over a week to respond to my messages then requested more information which I supplied and then nothing! This happens far too often

Always check them out
I always check VoucherCodes and sometimes I get a good deal but sometimes my visits do not register andI am a VIP member mind you I have forgotten in the past to log in but not now, it keeps telling me I am one shop away from a gift card when I have already done so, not happy about that, some codes I have tried have not worked even though I have copied them, I do wish they would get Ebay sorted and it would be great if they could do Amazon. I have given them five stars because they do give you a Gift Voucher when they get it right.

Not sure that Ankur actually read my emails with proof of purchase and closed my query on that basis. He has asked for confirmation of the order payment that was already previously sent. A shame because customer service is usually very good
