Unacceptable customer service
I took delivery of a lease Cupra Formentor (not supplied by Vospers) and then contacted Vospers Cupra Exeter to arrange a service plan. They were extremely unhelpful and, even after getting Cupra and my lease company involved, I was unable to put a service plan in place.
Vospers had no management to talk to and three weeks after putting in a complaint (and getting Cupra involved further) Vospers have still not even had the courtesy to reply.
Vospers may be ok for other brands but I would stay well clear of them for Cupra unless you are happy to deal with the one man and a dog that they seem to have as staff.
