Purchased camer and it stopped working in 1 week. Contacted support, they told me I needed buy a new battery and new Sims card also a new memory card. Would not refund my money. Said I had to purchased these items 1st before anymore steps could proceed. Very sorry I purchased these cameras.

I bought this 3 years ago for my cottage. The unit itself is good, with good battery life. I pay for remote cellular connectivity and this has worked very inconsistently - its has good cell signal, but does not work as advertised. It does not update and does not send notifications and I cannot access it when I want to see what's going on at the cottage. The app is more or less useless, certainly when it comes to troubleshooting or support. Likewise, Vosker service agents on the phone, who are not able to do anything remotely, it seems. I paid $400 or so for the unit, plus $100 plus annually for the cell plan and I'm receiving zero value from this product. Buyer beware!
Update Feb 11: Vosker responded promptly to my unfavourable review, but said there was nothing they could do until I was at the cottage with the camera in hand - that will be in May, 3 months from now. More annoying than that, they also would not refund the cellular plan which is supposed to connect me with the camera. This response did not at all address my issue and added to my frustration and dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this company.

Horrible experience. I bought a V300 Ultimate camera. Keeps telling me the battery is very low while fully charged. I called customer service twice. After an hour, I was disconnected. Then I called. Spoke to a nice guy but now I need to go buy an SD Card reader to change their firmware. It's their fault it's not working, why am I the one having to go above and beyond to fix this. Just send me a camera that works!!

Vosker 150. Vosker cameras and app software are pure crap. Received V300 in December 25, at first glance packaging looked great camera and solar panel looked well-built but that's where it ends. Charged both batteries per instructions mounted per instructions, installed app, turned camera on and that's when things went south. I had 5 bars of signal, batteries full seemed fine, that night I found IR did not work, next day notifications were all over the board from random pics of nothing to alerts hours later from when they actually happened. Every problem in every review here I have gone thru. Bottom line DONOT buy this product, I have trail cameras that I bought from Walmart that still work that I have had for many years. Everything about this camera Sucks, total RIPOFF

I told the chat agent that the two v300 cameras are going directly to the trash bin since they are useless. They failed to record any events or notify of any events to my email.

The cameras are brilliant when working. the customer support is terrible and now i have had so many problems with the cameras i know more about them than the customer support team. THEY ARE USELESS AND WORST THAN THAT
Be careful with this company! I returned two of the Vosker cameras in their unopened box via the RMA # they gave me. Vosker received and signed for the cameras on Feb. 27, 2025. I waited for a refund of $499.98 for nearly one month and received nothing! Finally I contacted AmEx and opened a claim. AmEx gave me a temporary credit on my account and then sent Vosker the dispute on March 25. Vosker accepted the dispute and reimbursed AmEx for the full amount on the next day, March 26. That’s good that Vosker did that, but it’s not good that I had to contact my AmEx customer service and open a claim to get my refund from Vosker, which was actually only paid when AmEx filed a dispute against Vosker. I had also reached out to my original Vosker salesman and received nothing replies or help.
Camera was operating then just stopped working, but stated on app that pictures would become available again in 15 days. When searching for reason pictures stopped always pointed to exceeding my picture allowance. But I have an unlimited picture plan. When talking with Vosker only response is to bring camera back in so they can analyse. No reason given for camera stopped showing pictures but app says pictures will start again initially in 15 days. Vosker's only response is always the same, bring camera back in for analysis. Says now that pictures will be back in two days, I guess we will find out.
Wish i consulted these reviews before purchase. Camera only worked during trial period, had to buy subscription and the camera stopped working right afterwards.

I ordered two cameras. Before they even arrived, Vosker put them on sale for $70.00 off each. I contacted to ask if I can get the sale price - as I still hadn't even received the cameras, and they said no. I have to buy two at the sale price and return the ones I bought for a credit. The ultimate in pedantic stupidity. Now I am being receiving harassing sales calls at 6 in the morning from some ESL Vosker call center, trying to sell me more crap.
Both cameras stopped working shortly after installation. Vosker says I have to drive to the property. Disassemble the cameras and install a manual firmware update using my laptop. These cameras are brand new. They have full service and full battery. Vosker says they don’t have technology to send push updates to the device. Customer Service is horrible. DO NOT BUY. Worst product you could own for watching your property. Completely unreliable in service and support.
TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE COMPANY!
I had to send my Vosker 3000 back for repair four times, it’s add on solar panel never worked! Eventually, I had enough and got a refund, from the supplier, but not before Vosker ripped me off by charging me for a subscription while my camera was in for repair, they eventually gave me a pittance of a refund on my annual fee, which I accepted as I just wanted rid of them! Don’t buy anything from this company, they are completely useless, and their product is also totally useless!
The subscription is also a scam, I paid for months of usage, while my camera was not working!
I had issues with my V300 ultimate since I received it. It came with a broken usb-c cord and customer service did nothing and it was like talking in circles. I imagine they farm out their support overseas. It is horrendous. My camera has never worked as it should and they offer no resolution. Do not purchase.
A negative star is more appropriate.
Camera didn't work directly out of the box. It would not connect to the network. After hours and hours on the phone and chat with them, absolutely nothing came of it.
I'm out $350 for the camera, $162.00 for the subscription.
Plus, I'm about 5 steps closer to having a heart attack or stroke after going in circles with customer support.
This company and its products are junk.
I purchased 2 v150 and 1 v300 camera, 3 antennas and three solar chargers. The cameras all go dead within three weeks. I am in Wisconsin, the cameras are in Vermont. I have tried to work with their support. They are unable to keep them running. I am very sorry to have spent so much money on worthless products.
