Versatire Customer Care is NON EXISTANT. I have just waited over an hour online to chat with them & had no reply. Other sites communicate with you. My receipt of them does not make sense but I can't speak with them. Too frustrating to deal with
My favourite VPN…. lets me watch footy without having to be outside the UK. Recommend.
Very disappointing experience. Their software would not load on my Mac OSX platform. I am using an old vs of OS X which I need because of specific software. There was no information advising of vs limitations (the website and user instructions are minimal). They did try to help but there was no option but to upgrade my operating system which was not feasible for me at this time. Vortire have refused to offer refund.

We're extremely sorry about the experience you had. With the feedback taken from your review here and from previous support, we're actively improving our website and service to notify users about version information.
Our refund policy states that you can receive a partial refund if you are unable to connect. However, from previous support sessions and from our end, we see you have been connected twice before making this review.
Please note version limitations on your operating system are not something we can fix and our service assumes you are running the most up-to-date and secure version of your OS. This isn't something limited to our VPN, other providers use the same protocol (IPSEC/L2TP) as us.
In any regard, we wish you good service with other providers and we are sorry for your experience.

I'm currently a student so I regularly surf the internet and this VPN is perfect for what I need it for. It reassures me that I'll be safe online when I'm using open wifi in skarbucks and places like that. A cheap option at just over £1 a month. I haven't found a problem with it so far.
