RUN FROM THIS GUY!
I paid Jack the owner $12,000 and to this day 2 years later have not recived a single thing. He cut off all communication after 6 months. I signed up with him after reading his blog about staying away from con-artist! Takes one to know one! It's to long to get into but I hate to see people get taken advantage of by con artist.

I never received a report about this product being unsafe ever. Jack you can make up as many lies as you want we both know the truth. Anytime I asked for pictures, or the weekly reports you promised from the beginning or the skyping you promised I got nothing but the run around. You would say it's coming around nicely and its almost finished, After 3 months of it will be ready in 2 weeks I demanded pictures and you came back with " We have a bombshell, someone else has a similiar patent". When I asked how this could be you did a patent search that I paid you $1200 to do and was told we were fine and even if there was something you have been doing this for so long you could get around any patent. At this point I wanted to see something it was now well into 7 months and I had seen nothing at all, you got mad at me for demanding to see something and said you would no longer communicate by phone and only by email. That was the last time I heard from you, I have sent you many emails explaining that I have 4 young children and that the $12,000 that I gave you was our life savings and how bad it was on my family and I got nothing in response. I really never wanted to believe people like you existed in this world that prey on innocent people that trust people to do the right thing. I only hope that one day you realize how dark of a person you are and make a change, it's important to do the right thing in this world Jack I hope oneday you realize it!

This client was treated like all our clients, with professionalism and value. During the design and development it was determined that the product was unsafe and the client was notified and a full report was provided with images.
