DISASTER
On October 31, 2025, I purchased a UAD Apollo Twin Quad Studio+ that was listed as “immediately available”!
After placing the order, I contacted them, and they informed me that it was a mistake and that the order would arrive on November 14.
I explained to them how important it was to receive the interface BEFORE November 15, 2025, as there are free plug-ins available if you register the device with the manufacturer by that date!
They said they had a second shipment and could get me the device a little earlier.
After I still hadn't received a tracking number by November 13 and the shipment was going to another country, I called them again.
They told me that the device would unfortunately not arrive until November 21 at the latest and that they would try to get me the additional plug-ins worth $526.
After this date had also passed, I withdrew from the purchase contract, as I will be traveling for various sessions for artists from November 24 until the end of the year and will no longer be able to accept a package.
I had to explain to them five times that I would not have a package sent to a strange address where I did not know whether it contained an interface or who would accept the package on site.
I can only GUESS that they were trying to counteract damages in the amount of the plug-ins and the surcharge for purchasing the identical system from another dealer.
Who knows if there would even have been an interface in the package!
After you objected to the damages, I have not received any money or anything else from these fraudsters.
It has now been reported and a lawyer will take care of this matter!
I can only speak from my own experience, and that is...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!
Very good service
So I ordered a Steven Slate Raven Core Station and a Raven Sidecar. It should heve been in stock but unfourtuatly it wasn't. Mitchell, an employee or maybe the owner of the shop, was of great help and kept me informed about the status of the shipping. It was not his fault that the shipment took much longer than expected. Although I mailed him many times about the shipment because I was unpatience, he always was very nice. I would order there again for shure. I've never experient such a good sevice before.
Very Bad Experience!
For a long time I thought I might not get the device I ordered with the money gone. I ordered a device labeled 'in stock - same day delivery'. I received it a month later. The communication was more than bad including insults directed to me.
I had to fight for getting my right and finally succeeded after telling them I would inform local police. Now, that I had a problem with the invoice (due to tax authorities), they declined to help me with that, claiming it was not possible for them to help. But of course it is, as other companies who I had the same problem with, DID help out! Never again this store.
Articles most likely not in stock
No communication from them when there might be supply issues (articles shown as being available, yet they update the shipping time as often as their underpants.
Voice Mail always full, not reachable via phone.
Contact via whatsapp does reply with prewritten texts and won't engage in your request.
edit: problem got solved in the end, however, the online shopping experience remained questionable.
Disappointing service
I ordered an item on December 30th and have yet to receive it 21 days later. Despite multiple attempts via phone, email, and text, I have not received any response regarding a refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I initially wanted to support a local shop, but unfortunately, this situation has proven otherwise.
Nice local shop with great prices
Good to have a music shop around town, especially since they have brands like Noise Engineering, Eric Synths, Soma etc in the shop. Got my Pulsar 23 limited edition here which they ordered for me directly at Soma.
Just stay away.
My first experience was actually rather good:
Very good price online, shipping took some time but for a good price I can wait some time.
So I placed a second order with confidence. Item was listed as 'In stock, shipped next day' so I placed the order with good hope.
A week went by and no notification, I contacted customer service and again one week later they replied that it was an error on their side that they did not have the item in stock.
My options: wait at least 2 weeks or get a refund. I opted for the last one.
One week later, still nothing from their side so I opened a case with PayPal and send them a mail.
'Ah yes, cancellation received, money will be refunded in 3-5 days'
-item is still listed as 'in stock, shipment next day' seems like false advertising but yeah...
14 days later, still waiting on my refund, escalated to PayPal and opened a case with the bank to get things sorted out because don't expect any help from them.
So you can order here if:
-you don't have an urgent need for your product.
-purchase via protected service (Paypal, Mastercard...) and not wire transfer because you NEED guarantiee
-don't expect any communication from your seller
-you're feeling lucky and want to gamble on getting a good deal.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
