VoltCorex – Paid in Full, Then Completely Ignored
We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and irresponsible handling of our order by VoltCorex CO., LIMITED (VoltCorex official website).
Our company placed and fully paid for an order on 26 February 2026 in the amount of USD 305.51. The promised delivery date was 7 March 2026. However, when the delivery deadline arrived, no goods were shipped, and no explanation or update was provided. Multiple emails from our side were completely ignored.
After a long period of silence, your company finally responded only to announce a price increase. Despite this unacceptable situation, we still acted in good faith by agreeing to cancel the increased-price items and requested a refund for those items while proceeding with the remaining products at the original agreed pricing.
Your team then confirmed that the remaining goods would still be delivered. However, since that promise, we have continued sending repeated follow-up emails and have received absolutely no response.
For nearly one month, your company has chosen silence instead of responsibility. Ignoring customers after receiving payment is not only unprofessional, but also raises serious concerns regarding business ethics and credibility.
The delays and lack of communication have directly damaged our schedule, operations, and reputation with our own customers. What is most frustrating is not only the delay itself, but the complete absence of accountability and respect toward a paying customer.
We are publicly documenting this experience so that other companies and potential partners can be aware of the risks when dealing with VoltCorex.
