Voiceflex are a rare company today, their people actually call you back and pretty much do what they say they will do, sadly I do not find this with many businesses anymore.
We had a migration for a client moving a number away from Entanet, that was complicated and messy.
Without Voiceflex Porting teams support the migration would have failed.
The client would have had to spend considerable sums on vehicle signage for a new number.

I have worked with Voiceflex for many years and always have outstanding support and advice. This was particularly noticed in a recent porting project that was taking place for a customer. The ports were not straight forward and required a lot of work from Voiceflex to move them over the line. Brogan communicated fantastically throughout the project and was happy to chase and escalate as needed. Thanks to Brogan and the team.

We have been working with Voiceflex for many, many years now. It's very seldom we have to speak with their support as the service tends to work without issue. The provisioning team do a great job with number ports. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for them battling with other carriers and range holders, but they always come through - most recently on a 500 number port for a client with a very time sensitive project.
