Update on Voghion customer services.
It turns out that now the product is not only faulty and the wrong product….. but it’s also a counterfeit!
I have now put this in the hands of Trading Standards and the investigation will continue with them.
Appalling company with no control over what they sell and terrible customer service. Utter crooks.
Update: the response below shows that they instruct me to contact their customer services. …. I have been doing this now since receiving the item and they keep on telling me that I must send a video, which I have done and to no avail. This company is a scam and will keep your money at any cost. They sell fake items that do not work and that is IF they are even sending the correct item.
This now is in the hands of the police and trading standards authorities.
