I waited a long time for the Heated Rivalry jacket. BUT it is so much better than I expected. It's white furry not polar fleece! It is fabulous. How often are you surprised that it is better than you were expecting. I'm sure the wait was because of the demand. Hang in there.
I wrote several times to ask about the delay and got personal replies within days. The experience brings a smile to my face.

Through an issue of our own we had to return a sweatshirt, and their customer service from beginning to end was outstanding. We were beyond impressed.

Fast quick shipping with frequent updates on shipping is the only reason you get one star and also I had to choose a star to leave a review. The product its self is the WORST quality I have ever ordered from anywhere worse than a $2 shirt purchased from TEMU or SHEIN. It looks nothing at all as advertised. So over priced will never order from this site again.

Watch out for their terrible return policy. If you simply selected the wrong size, you can’t get a return or an exchange; if the item just didn’t fit as expected and you’d like to return it, they refuse. Also, these items are fake; I ordered a Nike jacket that has the Nike swoosh with a “Vogacci” tag. Its clear they are manufacturing the clothing because, in an email exchange, they stated, “ If there was any uncertainty about your size or measurements at the time of purchase, we could have customized the Hoodie to better suit your specific requirements”. Nike makes custom clothing? I don’t think so. Bad on me for thinking I found an otherwise out-of-stock item; it something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Peddling Parke sweatshirts that are not authentic at the same price of an authentic Parke sweatshirt and refuse to refund me due to their policy that says complaints must be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. I was not home when it was delivered and only realized it was inauthentic when I went to wrap it for my daughter.

I'm happy with my purchase. Fits good & delivered right on time.

I recently made my purchase from them after watching their ad on facebook. At start it was a bit sketchy but their service is great. Very fast shipping; jacket reached before the promised time in a very good condition.
