Ordered an item on 4th of December, still didn’t arrive. No customer service exists, sent several emails and got no reply!
Don’t waste your money, scammers!

Brilliant customer service from start to finish 😀so helpful and understanding. Love voduz products using them 3 years and never looked back . My hair has never been as healthy and always asked have I hair extensions no it’s all mine 😀

First time using the voids shampoo and conditioner. I must say. Brilliant my hair hasn’t grown in 5 years. But using this for 4 weeks. My hair believe it or not grew 4 inches. I’m buzzing.

Ordered something over well over 2 weeks ago and still not received, emailed customer service and they haven't gotten back either. Get your money and they don't care

They were amazing i loved them but they lasted around 6months now they wont regulate they heat up to around 160 then say error i bought them in a shop so dont know how to send back iv tried the customer service not working all i want is someone to tell me if they are fixable

Absolutely appalling!!

I ordered and paid for a product, waited patiently for a few weeks, then contacted them to say it hadn’t been delivered.

They just said ‘it has been delivered’ and then ghosted me - not responding to any emails.

They have taken my money and given me nothing in return, not even good manners!

If it was lost by a courier company, that is not my problem as a customer.

I recommend everyone avoids at all costs, you too may end up with no money, no product, and no respect from this company!!!

Great customer service, item purchased was reduced in Black Friday sale but I had ordered a few days prior. Katie in customer services was able to cancel my order and issue the refund without any issues at all. I then was able to re-purchase at the newer sale price.

Great customer service from Katie. There was a small issue with my order, I contacted customer service and dealt with Katie. She was efficient and sorted the issue quickly.

Had a query on my order and a reply to my email was received very promptly

I use the cleanse it illuminating shampoo and conditioner also hydrating oil. Really love these products. Customer service team are very quick and helpful if you have any issues. 5 stars 🌟 from me.

Absolutely love the voduz products, had an issue with a dryer when it stopped working a little over a year after purchasing….. and the customer service team were excellent from start to finish especially Susie and Katie they answered every email without a problem , recieved my new dryer today and absolutely delighted to have it back

Have used Voduz before but tecently had to contact them about an order i placed, to see when it was arriving. Received a lovely prompt Email from katie, explaining the details of my order. Very pleased with the help i recieved, resolved the issue that i had no problems. Many thanks

While blow-drying my hair using the V3 round brush, the brush accidentally touched my neck while drying the front section. The bristles had melted and stuck to my skin, and I had to remove them with tweezers. This resulted in a significant burn. I contacted Customer Service and received a statement from the website explaining that the brushes can overheat. Shocking service! Will be taking this further.
