Help from Vodafone Killarney
I went to Vodafone shop in Killarney because my phone couldn't get charged. Ben helped me out with a loan phone (old phone of his mum), so I wasn't losing all my info, doc's and apps and could access it all for my work, while my phone was sent for repair.
A great thank you for all the colleagues too

I had to transfer my late wife's number…
I had to transfer my late wife's number to my name and get a tiny sim card for my new phone and Tom McNally in your Killarney store was excellent, very helpful.

First class customer service
New in town and with no established Irish bank account yet, the team (especially Ben) went that extra mile to help. After a frustrating time getting first a phone account and then to establish Broadband - they really did go that bit extra helping and finally solving the issues that I faced - well done and big thank you
