Amazing Service and Expert Advice from Joshu
I visited the Vodafone Westfield West London branch yesterday to renew the SIM I had lost, and I was assisted by Joshu and his colleague Maria. Joshu, the Retail Advisor, provided exceptional service from start to finish. I initially planned to get a simple replacement SIM, but he took the time to explain the Black Friday device deals in detail and helped me compare the benefits of each package.
His knowledge of Vodafone plans, devices, and cost-effective options was truly impressive. Thanks to his clear explanations and friendly approach, I felt confident in choosing the most economical package for my needs.
Both Joshu and Maria were professional, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them. Excellent team!

Incredible service and overall experience
Absolutely brilliant experience with the Vodafone team in Westfield. Coming in an hour before close on a Sunday evening you could excuse anyone for being a little bit unbothered, however Munaim (hopefully spelt correctly) was utterly fantastic. Incredibly helpful, chatty and overall just very pleasant. A credit to the company and, apart from a slightly better new contract, the service and general friendliness in store was probably the reason I swayed from my current contract with O2 to a new one with Vodafone 👍🏼

No happy at all with vodafone in westfield, every time want to get help always they make your life miserable. They don’t make ur life easy, I want to cancel all my contracts with vodafone. The product already in the store but they failed to make simple. Just find another network, horrible experience

After a disappointing experience at the Oxford Street branch, where I encountered an extremely rude and unhelpful staff member, I was ready to give up on Vodafone altogether. I had just come out of contract on a line I originally set up for my mum and was exploring upgrade options. Before walking away, we decided to try our luck at the Westfield branch — and I’m so glad we did.
Vodafone completely restored our confidence thanks to Danna, the sales associate who assisted us. She was clear, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. From the moment we walked in, the employees made you feel welcome and were very easy to communicate with and were able to see us straight away.
