I was looked after by Dan he was extremely helpful in finding the best phone for me and as I'm not very good with technology he set the phone up and switched everything on to it from my old phone. I found the staff at the Stroud Vodafone store extremely pleasant and welcoming.

I went in to Vodafone today to upgrade…
I went in to Vodafone today to upgrade my son’s phone. I do dread upgrading due to some issues in the past, but Dan has been fantastic. The upgrade was seamless, straightforward and fast. Whilst doing so I was also informed I was out of contract for my own phone. Dan kindly looked at better options and managed to get my bill a considerable amount lower! All in all great experience. Thank you!

Had good upgrade with good price
Went to check on a text sent by Vodafone with Taarik in Stroud and ended up by getting an upgrade on my account. Which was a lot cheaper and better with lots of extras , Fabulous outcome and he was so helpful, efficient and friendly. Was well pleased.
