Face to face
Once I explained my problem the member of staff ( adele) immediately sorted through my account found the problem sorted it and also voiced some changes that were beneficial to me. Then sorted them. I felt that being face to face with a person was extremely beneficial

Router outage issue
I have been on the phone for over 2 hours sorting out signal outage on router and still having a same issue. CS said I need to open my socket with screwdriver on the wall while on the phone. We all have busy life and can't dealt with this anymore.

After having a such great experience when I was researching phone prices a while back I went back to the Vodafone southport store to sort out my upgrade. Once again it was excellent service from all of the team. Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I left a very happy customer.

Experience of Friendly helpful patient service
