Great customer service
I had a really great experience in the shop today with Edward, who was extremely helpful, professional and gracious. I recently visited Vodafone to upgrade my phone contract and had an excellent experience thanks to Jayden and Edward. From start to finish, both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jayden took the time to explain all my upgrade options clearly and helped me find the best deal for my needs.
When I later returned to hand in my Samsung trade-in device, Edward went above and beyond by carefully reviewing my deal and pointing out additional promotional offers available through Samsung that I hadn’t been aware of. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to help really stood out and saved me even more money.
Both Jayden and Edward delivered amazing customer service and are a real credit to Vodafone. Highly recommend — a truly 5-star experience!

Had a great experience recently with Edward, helping me to upgrade my phone with ease and saving money! He was friendly and helpful, explaining all of my options but understanding what I was looking for in a new contract and not just pushing extra items on me. Edward was attentive, helpful and pro-active in finding the solution to a rather complex issue.
