Came into the shop as we had a problem…
Came into the shop as we had a problem with transfers from three to vodaphone. Chris and the team spent 2 hours resolving our issue and putting the right numbers back onto the right phones. Excellent Service from start to finish. As we were there so long we also watched the whole team helping customers and all I can say is Go Team Vodaphone Northwich!!

Issue with internet resolved
Chris the Store Manager resolved the issue with my phone whereby I couldn’t pick up the internet. He reset the software settings on the phone and it works well again now . I’m very pleased with the service provided

Friendly, helpful service at Northwich Vodafone
Popped into Vodafone on the off chance my phone was due an upgrade....Had a very friendly greeting from the whole team as it was quiet, but particularly Chelsea who remembered me from a previous visit. ...Then Olivia found a great trade-in deal, while being friendly, engaging and personable. Chelsea helped me out today so much and explained the plan very clearly so I knew what I was signing up for. I’m over the moon with my new phone contract and it worked out cheaper than my current airtime plan. We were quick to set it up and all other members of staff in store made me feel welcome and pitched in for help and advice working as a team which is nice to see.

Super and friendly service
Went into Vodafone with a query on my wife's phone, even though she was not a Vodafone customer. We were served by Chelsea. She was very friendly, patient and helpful in identifying the problem and helping my wife with it. Chelsea also downloaded a number of Apps for her. She also suggested, but with no pressure, a contract with Vodafone which was considerably cheaper than the one my wife currently had with her other provider. We decided to make the change. This was done quickly and efficiently and we were advised as to when the new Sim would become effective.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Northwich Branch and Chelsea to anyone who needed good service.

Exceptional service from Will. Thank you!
Having got sick and tired of the service provided by a rival and their policy of increasing their charges above the agreement and getting into bed with Starlink, I decided to call in to Vodafone in Northwich to see what they can offer.
I spoke with Will, who couldn’t have been more helpful.
Not only did he give me an exceptional deal for our two phones (saving me about £30/month), but he sorted out the change over there and then.
Add in the far better 4G coverage, meaning that CarPlay actually works now, I am one extremely happy customer.
