Sameena in Dudley was excellent. Sorted out my Three contract renewal which I didn’t know I was overpaying in because I was out of contract. She then sorted out 2 out of contract sims on. Vodafone. She definitely saved me a ton of money. Shame I can only give 5 stars.

Today has been a goid visit to Vodafone…
Today has been a goid visit to Vodafone fir a change.
We got looked after by a brilliant member of staff who did all she could in her power to accommodate our request.
We left feeling very impressed & happy with the service we received from Sameena.
If all staff member worked with the same enthusiasm that Sameena showed, Vodafone would be much better place to visit.
If there was a staff award system, we would vote for Sameena to be staff member of the month.

Sam made my issues go away!
Sam made my issues go away! I keep writing reviews because I am not very confident with phones, but I had an issue with my photos and gallery yesterday and I popped in to see the guys. I was seen by Sam again and she just keeps everything so simple and easy! She explained what was causing the problem and gave me sound advice on how to fix it! Thank you again!

After my old phone recently broke
After my old phone recently broke, I visited vodafone in a panic to try find a cheap plan I could quickly get to have a new phone. I was greeted by lorelei who eased my worries and assisted me to find an appropriate contract within my budget. extremely rude Merryhill Manager Luke hes racist and refused for me to collect my phone when all checks done by another branch already. i had all my ID and documents but the person there was so rude he said bluntly i dont care about anything and didnt even explain why or what went wrong. absolutely horrible customer service i give the suggestion people dont be go there he is seriously mental they dont know how to speak with people
